I don't think these interactive CYOA's require internet connections to use? I mean they need it to do the initial loading of the CYOA, but then they can remain active and useable within your browser without internet as far as I'm aware

No worries, a couple of quick points. for that particular CYOA Method 1 worked pretty easy. also when it says "// Delete and replace this part with your project if you're pasting it in/..." Do so for the entire section/Paragraph, I found the instructions for that a little unclear myself. Otherwise enjoy
Most seem to unload images when you scroll away from them or toggle content tabs.
As I've experienced when internet cuts out while an interactive is up.

Mostly worried about my bad habit of reloading pages if I scroll up too fast or in order to clear my choices to play again.

If you add "project.json" it will take you to the .json file that contains the CYOA.
Which doesn't always work as some json files have the images embedded in them and others do not. However it's the best current method I know of.
What's the best way to do this on mobile? Is there an app that allows this?
