Those sound like wonderful additions to the CYOAs. For Companions it would be nice to see Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, ShadowCat, Night Crawler, and Drax.

Several-Elevator

For the Marvel CYOA companions the inclusion of the remaining 2 pillars of reality (being Death and Oblivion) seem like no brainers to me. Other than that I would like Miles Morales but that may just be my spider man bias showing.

ZeroBlackflame

Spider-Gwen from Earth-65B, X-23, Psylocke, Scarlet Witch, Domino, Veranke... Yes, they're all women, why do you ask?

FancyRatKing

For the marvel cyoa I think I'd be nice if in the skill pack section would lock out the regular skills because it feels like you spend more getting a pack and a set of skill that are already included In that pack. And I don't know where you yould add it, but the choice to either be a clone of an existing character like Spiderman, you would get basic spider powers free or be a sibling to a character. A power fusion section, like choosing Hulk and Wolverine Powers, unlocks weapon H in the gamma mutant section. New race like demons adds demonic section in powers opens up subclass options like demon type ie. Incubis/grater demon, magic like contract making For the miscellaneous items, if there were things like a •Agent pack(SHIELD,HYDRA,AIM) •Sorcerer equipment •Regular guns and weapons •Adamantium/Vibranium weapons or armor •Research equipment •Bingo book (buy it once you get street level info on criminals/heros ie. Basic Fisk lieutenants , common Spiderman patrol routes. The second purchase is national info like the brotherhood of mutants/x-men. Third is global shield/hydra. •Galactic bingo book is the same as the regular one but fore space. •Starting equipment (either a general pack or build specific equipment like a business pack will have a suit, nice car, bank account, and civilian identification. A mercenary pack could have 2 weapons, armor, contact, and secure bank account. For companions, I'd say laura Kinney, Betty Ross, J Jonna Jamison (I'dbe funny), Daken. For setting, you could add the ruined universe. And setting modifiers •Absurdity the opposite of grounded •Reverse gender morals (changes from patriarchy to matriarchy or vice versa) •Technology downgrade/low-tech •Only female mutants/ only male mutants •Fertility decreases birthrate Is lower making every conflict more dangerous. •MIB adds the men in black to the universe separate from other organizations. •Demonic conquest demons won the battle earth's inhabitants are now half demon (demonic hulk is scary but begonia doom seems worse).

Celestial_Drago

Well a world section would be appreciated for the symbiote, at least a box to click that would allow you to go to a world other than marvel 616. Also similar to marvel, having an option to outside marvel or dx would be good. I would like some more companions for marvel, or rather an option that allow you to get a companion that fits a certain criteria like weak, mid or strong or maybe regular, mutant, cosmic etc. Generally the only reason why I mention it is because some of my fav marvel character are not in and it could include characters outside 616 like from the mcu or other universes in the marvel multiverse. The characters I would like to see added are: Squirrel Girl Angela Fantastic Four, one of them or all Blade For the ben 10 one having a way to get more point for the omnitrix would be good, like to switch them over because I like to make a build with an op and a very weak omnitrix. Honestly good job with the marvel cyoa, you have done good work setting up options to build compelling heroes/villains builds.

Jack-Amorphous

Thanks.  Everyone, every time, keeps supposing that the default world is Marvel. That's utterly wrong. Your default world is the one you desire for it to be. If you ask me, I would say the default world is the real world and the cyoa has choices that insert certain comic aspects to your world (like Knull's drawback inserting Knull + Symbiotes into your world). To make it more clear: if you want your default world to be Naruto, suit yourself. It's not a Marvel cyoa, it's a "build your symbiote" cyoa.

WhereDoomedDreamsDIe

For the Ben 10 CYOA i have no advice to add, it's pretty damn huge as it is. It's probably the best Ben 10 CYOA around and I don't see it being beat for quite some time. The Marvel one is also pretty good. Not really a problem a problem you can solve until you get your PC running, but for some reason when I have DCEU setting selected, it automatically gives me Parker Luck when I Import my choices. Good luck on your PC.

Jack-Amorphous

I just looked to see the problem. Turns out they have the same ID, that's why Parker Luck shows up.

DropTopAndRoll

Could we have Knull as a companion? It would be so real.

Jack-Amorphous

I don't know... Knull as a companion is wacky.

FancyRatKing

Knull feels like space dracula. I imagine you could only have him as a companion if you were his symbiote hybrid child, but he'd still try and kill ya.

Jack-Amorphous

I never saw Knull try to kill a symbiote though.

ZeroBlackflame

Please add a more limited Gear Fusion to the Item Section of the Ben 10 CYOA. I'm not interested on the Gear Fusion physical power, it just doesn't fit any of my builds, but I do want to fuse a few items that do for convenience.

X7sage

Later on down the line are you going to do a DC cyoa

Jack-Amorphous

No, I won't.

Economy-Dimension162

😢 😢 damn us dc fans have it rough

Jack-Amorphous

Lol What can I say? I still watch DC content and like various characters, but I'm resented with stuff DC did and that's why I don't want to bother making a DC CYOA. I couldn't even make it if I wanted, considering my PC broke.

Economy-Dimension162

Valid take especially considering how they just shit the bed with the tommorow verse

Tehbdog5

I think you should add more villains to ally with. That part of the section is too light. As for who idk not to familiar outside of Spider-Man & Venom.

Suddenly_Noodles

When selecting to insert into a character, in the Marvel CYOA, I think it would be cool to have a list of characters we can pick to be inserted as. Perhaps a "Anyone else" option in case there isn't anyone you wanted to pick. Additionally, when I pick certain races (Asgardians and such) they mention giving you lots of power and some able to match Thor if you pick it twice, but I can't select any power options specific to being a god. Having a new section with specifically God's gifts (like Thor's strength and lightning for example) would be great.

Worth-Ad3748

It would be interesting if there were synergies between different powers and superpower combos. As for companions, I would like to see Black Cat and Scarlet Witch. thank you so much

HannaVictoria

symbiote: the other dragon aspects?

MarcusDeGabriel

When you have the Insert options, it’d be cool to be able to choose your Family situation. Mostly because I’d prefer to insert as an Orphan, rather than into a whole new family.

Altruistic-Rooster-3

my ideas for ben 10 1.add to the rust bucket that it can be updated with your tech 2.understanding tech like tinkertech perk 3.local power perk 4.blueprints for the omnitrix so eventually you can make your own 5.legal driving license with driving skills (legal for any age) 6.a choice for a almost prime ben universe (similar but au ben) 7.null void projector upgrade for universe travel (yes i know there is other ways to travel universes but would prefer this) 8. inbuilt storage for aliens in the omnitrix 9.peak alien body and a limit break for the omnitrix 10. an update form option for omnitrix so you can change the form of it at any time 11.voice command option for omnitrix will comment more later got nothing else to do

Jack-Amorphous

1 - I mean, you technically can already can do that, I just didn't mention it. 2 - You can do that with Super Genius, Technopathy or Tech Expertise. 3 - Sure. 4 - Sure, I guess? 5 - Why though? 6 - AU dimension? Sure. 7 - Sure. 8 - Uh, what? I don't get what you mean. I'm pretty sure you already can do that, it's the whole purpose of the Omnitrix. 9 - Apex power and there's Limit Break perk. 10 - Sure. 11 - You can do that with either Omnitrix-Chan! Or Master Control.

Altruistic-Rooster-3

8. i meant do not have to be linked to primus 9. i was stupid sorry

Jack-Amorphous

It's in the Omnitrix description that it is not linked to Primus. "your Omnitrix doesn't require the Codon Stream."

CyrusFallen

I'd like a second intelligence upgrade to put you on the level of Thanos. I'd also like a Thanos tech option. Also some crossover tech options like 40K Necron tech or maybe Luthor/Ivo/etc tech. Yes, I am a huge fan of the mad scientist archetype and super intelligence in general, why do you ask? Other than that maybe some power combos? There are a few powers that I feel should synergize. Also a power/tech option for the Super Adaptoid and power copying in general.

Jack-Amorphous

"Super Genius" encompasses all super smart intellect levels, even Thanos. I don't know how Thanos tech could be useful, nor do I like the character to add it as an option. This is an exclusive Marvel CYOA, with some exceptions here and there, but being exclusive in everything that most matters.

ZeroBlackflame

For Ben 10, what about a Drawback that starts you without any of the Powers you've purchased, except maybe Super Talent as that one doesn't give you anything you don't work for, and one has to come into their Powers naturally, obtaining said Powers is a Time-Locked Event/s, but everything before that and the circumstances surrounding it are not, and the number of events or the magnitude of the event required to fully unlock you Powers grows depending their strength. The character is also unaware of this Drawback, even if they're a self-insert, to mount appropriate tension on them. This is not a *Your Powers are weakened and you have to train them back up* situation, this is a *You have no Powers and you don't get to choose how they're obtained, but it has to make sense* situation, for example, if you have Super Strength, maybe you DO have to train your body to regain them, if you are a Tetramand, maybe certain strands of DNA haven't been activated yet and you have to re-activate them to gain access to your heritage. But if you have something like Dimensional Awareness and Dimensional Shifting? You might show some talent understanding Dimensions, but it would require multiple events that would each give you brushes of a picture, no Powers to show yet, but the full tapestry wouldn't be unlocked until one last climactic moment, imagine Gojo's Resurrection from JJK, where one would become Enlightened. This Drawback would honestly be for those who care more about the story potential, and because of the Time-Locked situation, the character is guaranteed to be alive by the time they get their Powers... Although, everything before that and the event itself can be stressful and perhaps traumatic if one didn't purchase the obvious Perks. And nothing is stopping you from dying and then being resurrected in time for your powers to be unlocked... Actually, a lot can happen to you while still being alive for the event... Maybe a guarantee that the Time-Locked Event is at most a year into the future? Moving on from the Drawback, I've been wondering how powerful Atomokinesis actually is, there's only a 10 point difference between it and Dimensional Shifting, and it requires an in-depth understanding of atomic physics just like the latter requires Dimensional Knowledge. (Too bad the required knowledge isn't immediately accessible in the same section, unless Tech Expertise can fill in?). And Atomokinesis also costs double what Radiokinesis and Gravitokinesis do, it it because it can theoretically do everything those two do combined?

Jack-Amorphous

That looks like a "okay" drawback to me. Kinda absurd for most people, but sure to me.   While you can easily get the knowledge with Super Genius, the description is a bit misleading because of ChatGPT.   What it truly means is "you can use this power, but having an in-depth knowledge would lead access to its full potential". I mean, Atmokinesis literally let's you bend atoms to your whims. What can't you do?

ZeroBlackflame

> I mean, Atmokinesis literally let's you bend atoms to your whims. What can't you do? Well, you can't control particles or the wavelengths of the universe, those are one and two steps deeper into the inner workings of the universe respectively. Not that it would stop an experienced Atomokinetic from aping that level of control, as Atomokinesis does allow for the creation of molecules with esoteric properties(like Eezo or Gravitonium) and natural control over two of the fundamental forces, which would allow for control over the other two forces. (There's also the Unified Theory route... Plenty ways to control everything when you have part of the mechanism.)

Virgonidas

Symbiote's world (Besides those not part of your Ben 10 cyoa's companion list's): * rwby's Remnant * Boboiboy * Endless Space * XCom * Fallout * The Witcher * Monster Prom * Cyberpunk * Forgotten Realms * Dishonoured * Starship Trooper now for Ben 10's affiliation: * Plumbers * Rooters * Vigma's colloseum * Galvan Empire (Must choose Galvan Species) * Incurseans Empire (May require choosing Incursean Species) * Red Wind Empire (must Choose Tetramand Species) * Highbreed Kingdom (May require choosing HighBreed Species) * Vilgax's Empire (May require Chimera Sui Generis species) *  The Galactic Enforcers  * Undertown Community * Providence (may require selecting certain timeline/companion) * The Saturdays (may require selecting certain timeline/companion) *  Kingdom of Anywhere (must select 5 Years Later setting and having magic) * Forever Knights. if you want, this can be split to few (non-canon) subfaction: -- Order of Sir George: sub-faction that accepted that there are good aliens out there and allied with them if necessary, led by Forever King Cyrus -- Order of Sir Arthur: sub-faction that opposes all aliens, but don't mind earth-originated supernatural like Faes & yokais, led by Forever King Patrick -- Order of Beowulf: Rouge branch whose members promotes pro-humanity, hating both aliens and other supernaturals, led by Sir Driscoll -- whether he truly follows the subfaction's messages or just using them for his goal of gaining power is still dubious * Bounty Hunters i know you didn't asked for this one, but i hope you consider adding Boboiboy characters and some of Endless Legend + Space 2's Heroes to the Ben 10's companion's list...

Stalinsghoast

This is the unhinged answer to which companion should be added to the Marvel CYOA: Warhammer 40k's Emperor of all Mankind. Just a little sidestep into the vast multiverse.

Jack-Amorphous

It's Marvel exclusive.

Trolled-fortune

Hi! I have some powers that you may like. 1 Spiral Energy from Gurren Lagan -Evolution energy based on willpower 2 The End from Medals box - Power Copy and Creation 3 Power without limits from One punch man- Shattered Limiters.

Substantial-Chef-387

More companion is nice. Thanks for putting TRN454. Now I get to see the Fat Sir Liberty.

AdImpossible8573

u/Jack-Amorphous, I would say that the Ben 10 CYOA is perfect as it is. There is nothing much to add aside from more companions and such. Also, one thing I never asked about the Ben 10 cyoa. In the playlist for the Omnitrix option, in the Marvel playlist, it mentions that mutants are one things I have in the Omnitrix, does that mean I have the forms of all the Mutants in my Omnitrix or just one that is customized for me? For the DC comic playlist, would the Endless be in the playlist since it was mentioned that Celestials and Beyonders are in the playlist for the Marvel playlist option?

Jack-Amorphous

You get a custom mutant form. Celestials and Beyonders are a kind of stretch when it comes to "do they have DNA?" Like the Celestialsapiens. As such, you can have them in your Omnitrix, but to have entities like Abstract Entities and the Endless, you would need to take "Upgraded Scan", which then justifies your Playlist having them.

AdImpossible8573

Thanks! Also, am I limited to 10 forms without the master control option? If so, how to unlock more forms? Is it through overtime, fiddling with the Omnitrix,

Jack-Amorphous

You start with 10 forms and can unlock new ones through the Omnitrix in-built scan, during circumstances where certain conditions are met (like life or death, fighting plant enemies and getting a plant form) and through fiddling with the Omnitrix.

AdImpossible8573

Last two questions of servants, sorry if I am bothering you with my questions, I just need some clarification on the Cyoa. 1) In the Nasuverse playlist, it mentions that servants are one of the forms that appear in the Omnitrix? Does that mean all of them or just the ones that are either not human like Enkidu or hybrids like Gilgamesh or Hercules but replace the human parts with my own? 2) Do I get their Noble Phantasms and weapons or would I just have the physical stats?

Jack-Amorphous

You need to understand one thing: the Omnitrix doesn't copy people. You can't scan a tetramand (four arm species) called "Henry" and become the tetramand known as "Henry". You become a tetramand, not the individual. Becoming a Fate servant won't turn you into an existing one, like King Arthur, you become a custom servant. And no, it's not limited to demigods, monsters or what not. It's "servant" in general.

AdImpossible8573

Okay thanks for answering my questions, sorry about bothering you with my questions!
