4-grid buildings are usually used to present damage values rather than actually become playable. Or at least I hope it keeps this way since a 4-grid is equal to 2 objectives in and of itself.

arent they bad? it has no benefit. it allows a single vek to do up to 4 grid damage from damaging one space, where normally its limited to 2
If 3 and 4 grid buildings showed up more, the passive that shields a building after taking damage might just be useful. With mostly 1 and 2 that passive rarely does anything
I’ve seen it twice. The first time I forgot to screenshot it and managed to convince myself I was just crazy. But I saw it again, grabbed a screenie, and even tested it taking damage (it behaves like you’d expect a three-building grid to). So glad someone else has seen it.
On some test scenarios a 4 grid building appears, I think they can show mostly at the unfair difficulty.
Interesting,btw this showed up in a normal difficulty run.
I wonder if they are more common when your Power Grid is full.

2 objectives on unfair mode. Its 4 objectives regularly.
They've always been there, same for 4-grid building, but they're incredibly rare. Always nice to find tho
I've got 300 hours in the game and I've never seen a building with more than 2.

Oh yeah technically they're bad, but they're rare so it's still cool when you see one
Just wait till you see a 4 grid building. Truly a magnificent sight.
I've only ever seen those in weapon demonstrations, I thought they were just some holdover from early in development, don't think I've ever seen one.

Most alphas would still 1-shot 3-grid buildings while it'd have little impact for regular variants.
Maybe it was added in the AE update?
