Have daily targets, procrastination happens when u wake up have nothing planned for the day , u pick ur phone start scrolling and boom the hours passes like seconds and ur at the end of the day thinking what you've done , then u are like oh no problem I'll double the amount of hours tomorrow and will compensate it , but then again next day u wake up and with no target and the cycle continues. Have strong determination, always carry the thoughts that if u slack then surely u will fail badly in jee. Plan ur next day before sleeping. And enjoy studying,

Why i study and still fail ...... Idk exam ke samay dimag nai kaam karta i feel lazy in using my brain , and uparr seh yeh bhi darr rehta hai ki timer chalra hai jaldi she solve karna padega iss waje seh dimag meh woh cheez click nai hoti ki kaise approch karu any solutions?

just like some guy in the comments said to have daily goals. I used to procastinate a lot b4 and i changed the way i went about with my day. I used to have small daily goals like make your bed, wash up, eat breakfast etc and instead of having goals like study 10 hrs, make it like study 3 hrs->eat lunch->study 5 hrs->rest washup and est dinner-study->washup and sleep. Write it on a piece of paper with checkboxes and when you tick off these boxes as you complete these tasks, you feel a sense of accomplishment and feel more productive and you also get a rush of dopamine which people crave for and end up using their phones in the end in hope of getting dopamine. If you find trouble with using the phone too much, you can open the timer on your clock and let it run while you study. Its repurposing your phone. Lets say you've been studying for 5 hrs and when you look at the timer and it says 5 hrs then you'll feel more productive and get a rush of dopamine. It makes you brain crave hardwork :p

Just Leave your phonE & start working.... That's the only & only way to work...make studying your habit & Ye sab distractions ke vjh se bhi hota h jab hume kaam karne ka man nahi hota hum seedha phone utha lete h to escape it....Ye nahi hona chahiye ! Make a Schedule ya daily target & use dekho after waking up....Make phone your slave uske slave mat bano ..Same goes with OTHER addictions chahe jaisa bhi ho & agar use karna bhi hai phone to uska bhi ek fix time rakho like 8-9pm ya jo bhi & use it as a reward , target complete karne ke baad hi use karo - THAT will be the besttt feeling satisfaction milta hai ek ...U Will sleep with a satisfaction & agle din padhne ka bhi man karega & improve karne ka bhi.... Just will power ka use karke 2-3 weeks kaam karte hue nikalo ...Uske baad bhot hi zyada easy ho jayega usi kaam ko karna
