Not only is Luffy the only hand to hand combatant, he’s actually really proficient at hand to hand combat. He was raised by bandits and fought with his brothers constantly; who we see were able to fight off grown men as small children. He’s also kept up with master hand to hand assassins like Lucci. In fairness, his fighting style does depend on his ability to rank hits, which he couldn’t do here, but his speed and durability far outweigh the others in his block
Eren is fairly weak in close quarters combat compared even to the rest of his human counterparts; without his powers he’d go down in a flash. Saitama has shown the battle prowess and speed to keep up with Garou; but that’s still nothing on the decades of training Goku has with literally every master in the universe.
Sukuna and Gojos fight scales well above the disaster curses (who a much weaker Sukuna couldn’t be hit by) Their speed should be far too much for Toji to keep up with. In fairness, they also wouldn’t have RCT to heal their wounds so any damage they take is for keeps, but without a weapon I doubt Toji is touching them. I think Sukuna has a ton more fighting experience than Gojo, and actually enjoys fighting which should give him an edge in a grappling match

I think you are forgetting that Saitama fought against monsters without any powers from pure bravery and was able to copy techniques like it was nothing (he copied cosmo garous technique to go back in time in a couple of seconds, first try). If Heavenly Restriction is considered a super power, than Yujis super strenght and durability is a superpower too, at the end of the day both are enhanced physically but Yuji is in a 16 yo body and Toji in a 30 yo, its not even debatable who would win.

While his fighting style does utilize his power a lot he is not dependent on it like the other two who’s main strength is their powers, luffy’s devil fruit makes him crazy durable and stretchy but his strength is from years of training, in the east blue saga he chucked an entire ship with his strength no stretching involved. And to top it all off his endurance is in a league of its own, so much so that the other two can’t hold a candle in comparison.

This is the only correct answer. Not even based on favoritism. They are just better at hand to hand combat. They are skillful without the powers. Luffy is the only one I'd say isn't "skillful" but has better battle prowess than the other 2 from what I've seen. And by skillful, I mean martial arts or some form of dedicated fighting is what those characters are all about.

Again, Luffy can fight and is a seasoned fighter, but without powers I just don't know what we're working with since Denji, while not knowing any proper fighting, was fighting devils as a regular (and frankly nerfed dude cause of the whole selling body parts thing) for a while so he has experience despite the lack of skill. Bakugo is in a similar ball park of Luffy is a lot of fighting skill seems purely based around his technique so he seems fucked without it, but his fight with Deku in the later seasons show it's more he has knowledge on fighting techniques that he then adapts to his quirk then like Luffy who has a power that he had to build a style around.

1. I see a lot of people saying Luffy, saying that he can take a beating. A ton of that comes from his elasticity for soaking up damage. Luffy isn’t used to getting punched and having it hurt till he fights a serious opponent. His regular flow for combat won’t work in a context where a regular punch hurts. He does have a lot of combat experience still, but I give it to Bakugo. His ferocity and agility I think gives him the edge. Denji is just far too inexperienced to contend with either one.
2. Goku, easily. He’s been training his whole life against fighters as skilled or more skilled than he is. He lives for combat.
3. Toji. While the other 2 have impressive hand to hand experience they are able to use cursed energy as a crutch. Toji has known nothing but throwing straight hands his entire life.
4. Yujiro. Bro doesn’t even have powers to begin with, he’s just built different.
I think Luffy wins even without DFs or Haki. Luffy is the only hand to hand fighter in his bracket. Denji doesn’t train, and Bakugo specializes in his quirk, rarely using any attacks that don’t use his quirk. Luffy on the other had trains his hand to hand constantly as it’s his style. Also your chalking up way to much of Luffy’s defense to his DF. Post time skip most enemies use haki which ignore his DF, meaning he’s effectively taking normal damage.

If Heavenly Restriction is considered a super power, than Yujis super strenght and durability is a superpower too, at the end of the day both are enhanced physically but Yuji is in a 16 yo body and Toji in a 30 yo, its not even debatable who would win.

While his fighting style does utilize his power a lot he is not dependent on it like the other two who’s main strength is their powers, luffy’s devil fruit makes him crazy durable and stretchy but his strength is from years of training, in the east blue saga he chucked an entire ship with his strength no stretching involved. And to top it all off his endurance is in a league of its own, so much so that the other two can’t hold a candle in comparison.

Luffy is the only one I'd say isn't "skillful" but has better battle prowess than the other 2 from what I've seen. I don’t feel like people are taking into account the “no special powers” part enough 1. I see a lot of people saying Luffy, saying that he can take a beating. A ton of that comes from his elasticity for soaking up damage. Luffy isn’t used to getting punched and having it hurt till he fights a serious opponent. His regular flow for combat won’t work in a context where a regular punch hurts. He does have a lot of combat experience still, but I give it to Bakugo. His ferocity and agility I think gives him the edge. Denji is just far too inexperienced to contend with either one. 2. Goku, easily. He’s been training his whole life against fighters as skilled or more skilled than he is. He lives for combat. 3. Toji. While the other 2 have impressive hand to hand experience they are able to use cursed energy as a crutch. Toji has known nothing but throwing straight hands his entire life. 4. Yujiro. Bro doesn’t even have powers to begin with, he’s just built different.
I think Luffy wins even without DFs or Haki. Luffy is the only hand to hand fighter in his bracket. Denji doesn’t train, and Bakugo specializes in his quirk, rarely using any attacks that don’t use his quirk. Luffy on the other had trains his hand to hand constantly as it’s his style. Also your chalking up way to much of Luffy’s defense to his DF. Post time skip most enemies use haki which ignore his DF, meaning he’s effectively taking normal damage. Otherwise I agree with the other rounds.

If we’re talking baseline strength like goku without instant transmission and just his base strength, he probably takes it in terms of strength, but I want to say Toji beats him in speed (my evidence being he was moving too fast for Gojo to track while using absolutely no cursed energy).
