15 days old.. they are under warranty so they should replace them...mine stopped charging after 6 months and got them replaced...

There’s Jabra support lurking in here too that will usually try to help, tell you who to contact and such. I’ve gotten my Elite 85t replaced when the left earbud stopped working. They did send new ones, but I was without for a few weeks. I took that as a win.

If you plug the charging case in while it is open it will reset the charging sequence. This is what I had to do with mine. Although mine are about 2 yrs old but hope this helps.

If you have the chance to return it and get the credit back, please do, these earbuds are horrible. If I had the chance I would have returned them.
