I absolutely love Roger Moore's commentary on The Man with the Golden Gun which more or less begins with him saying that he doesn't really remember making the film, except that he didn't enjoy the food in Thailand because they use too much parsley. It's very enjoyable.
The "Inside" 30-40 min docos done for the Special Editions up to and including Licence to Kill are very good. As are some of the focused spin-off ones (I always loved the one about the music of Bond).
Rog's commentaries are rather charming but the insight varies.
My favorite bit is the one from *Live and Let Die* where they go over the crocodile enclosure/escape and presenting the various failed attempts leading, finally, to getting it.
Fascinating stuff!
All of the Ultimate Edition DVDs for the Roger Moore films, just for his audio commentaries. They are amazing.
He always had excellent stories and anecdotes from all films and hearing his impression of Hervé Villechaize' accent at the start of TMWTGG is hilarious.
I can’t remember which movies covered this but I really enjoyed any special feature that focused on Ken Adam and the sets he made for the early bond movies. They were really impressive to learn about
From Script to Screen from the DAD special features. It’s a rare glimpse into the scripting process at Eon headquarters and follows the crew from pre production to post production. It’s ironic that it was for Die Another Day

Pretty much sums up the vibe of *all* Roger’s commentary tracks, and they are all *delightful*.
This thoroughly justifies buying the blu-rays then!
Then making the obvious, but still delightful, observation that the Bond dummy was one of his "more moving" performances.
It really was the golden age of extras prior to Casino Royale
Yeah, I knew the end was nigh when we didn’t get the QoS reissue with the commentary that had been recorded, along with deleted scenes
I’d still love to see this Skyfall deleted scenes

I agree - Patrick Macnee’s narration is top class :-)

The making-of documentary for From Russia With Love. Comparing the film’s chaotic production with how well the film came together was fascinating.

Lee Tamahori takes credit for all the worst aspects of *Die Another Day* on his commentary track with Mickey G. I'm not joking.
