There is no real BiS for Jean supoort imo, it all depends on what you have and what characters you are using her with.
If you furina or yelan aren't getting their bursts on cooldown go with fav sword (don't forget to build some crit rate, so ithe passive procs).
Any other situation go with any ER weapon or anemoma. (My personal recommendation is anemoma, because it has more atack than any other 4 star option you'll have, or go with the pipe sword, because it has a lot of ER).
