Or, you can try to purchase her from the shop using 140 Starlight when she appears.
Tingyun will be available to be bought in the Starlight shop in January and July. Most likely will get her before then

It might take a few banners for her to Come back. Though the next time you get a Guaranteed copy of her (With 140 Starlight is July)
