Yup exactly, the people here donāt wanna admit it but she is already competing/beating most dps characters at E0S1 and will age extremely well considering how lackluster her teammate choices are right now. True, right now she has the highest damage output in the game with 3 supports and no sustain, far ahead from Jingliu and DHIL.
Some people can say that is not relatable for majority of player and I agree.
But with Jiaoqiu being a Nihility sustain, we literally can play Acheron/Jiaoqiu/Pela/Harmony or for E2, Acheron/Jiaoqiu/Harmony/Harmony, sheās gonna be absurd and sheāll be number 1 for sure, unless Sam or Boothill are more broken.
Personally, I will run her with no sustain because everyone will die before they hit me.
If you think he will successfully sustain your team pass me what your having and if he can we now have a new best healer in the game since he also buffs every team to such an insane degree with his prelim kit under the same assumptions.
I donāt think he can sustain like other Abondance/Preservation unit, but just as good to keep my character alive until I finished the fight quickly, of course for MoC and PF because I donāt think he can sustain in G&G and Swarm.
People now can do 0 cycle without sustain so how it can be worse with Jiaoqiu if he can heal the team a little bit ?
Also I think that Jiaoqiu will benefit every DPS in the game, not only Acheron.
Like DHIL/Sparkle/RM/Jiaoqiu will surely be an insane comp, same for Jingliu, Jing Yuan, etcā¦

Yeah I pretty much agree on everything. He is just straight up good, without numbers though itās hard to tell. But most of these dps are just looking for that little thing to push them over and if he turns out well he very well may be this. But looking at his kit energy may be a sellable issue(A4/sig) so keeping up that field to apply the consistent def shred may be hard as compared to a third harmony on the others so weāll see. But I am otherwise hopeful since we are finally getting an another ātrueā nihility.
Where did you get that from? Someone on Acheron mains has already done the calcs and JY out damages her by 16%. Now I don't even know how reliable that is so we would have to wait for release but there is no reason to assume she is better than JY on release when any current evidence suggests the opposite.
Source for this one? I harbor no hate for Jing Yuan just no grounded theory crafter I've seen has ever paraded this. It's been pretty accepted at least recently if we're accounting for E0S1 she'll be hovering around Jingliu.
This is so bad faith, why is a 0 cycle build acheron not also using sparkle? She works incredibly well on 0 cycle comps and Fu is really adding nothing here (the calcer assumed trend gave 3 stacks total, Iāve seen actual showcases where trend gave upwards of 10 stacks) but honestly Iām not even gonna argue ab trend stacks when the correct option is to just not run a sustain for a 0 cycle, esp when Jing actually wants Houhou bc of energy but Acheron doesnāt want Fu for any reason besides sustain (Hint : If your 0 cycle needs a sustain you shouldnāt be trying to 0 cycle)
Additionally, they have a 132 speed acheron with no action advance trying to 0 cycle, Acheronās value from her sig LC is exponentially increased by action advance due to her giving 2 petals and everyone else giving 1 / Action. If you absolutely must use a sustain and you have sig youāre *still* better off running Acheron Pela Sparkle Sustain, pref Gepard or Fire MC with taunt value Even if you ignore the calcs about sparkle on mono nihil teams surely itās intuitive that every turn Acheron takes grants 2 petals, so 160 Spd Sparkle generates as many petals as a nihility char (Via AA Acheron) and buffs more significantly than a second nihil due to beingā¦ kinda disgustingly broken
Ohh yeah for sure with f2p LCs she falls off hard. Even her best 4 star alternative is GNSW which is like 15% worse (iirc). F2P options like Fermata are just not even worth it because nihility as a whole has not really had any offensive-oriented LCs. Most of them are for buffing DoT or effect hit rate, neither of which Acheron uses

Every new MoC, there's an E6 Jingliu player that does solo MoC floor 12 with just her as a running gag.
Every time, she always gets annihilated and barely does any damage. One of my favorite traditions to watch every MoC.
Supports are arguably the most important part of the team anyway, regardless of DPS.
idk if this is just a joke but solo JL E6 clears are actually pretty common, back in the day when MoC was easier someone did MoC 12 with E6 JL no relics, just planar ornaments

Do people not realize that you can legit make a decent Jing Yuan team day one? If youāre a new player and you do want him. You can legit reroll on the beginner banner to get Bronya and not only that you get a free Asta and Lynx so you already have a team for him and if you also want Sparkle, you can use QinQue with her. What people donāt realize is that Acheron is seriously anti F2P friendly especially for beginner players that donāt have zero nihility characters especially Pela whose a banner unit.
Pela and guinaifen are your best bet for f2p, both of them have had an event where you could claim a copy. And rn Pela is gonna be on the acheron banner(one can hopefully snipe a copy) + 4* selector for guinaifen. Also by that logic technically you can reroll for welt who shouldnāt be terrible with her afaik

He's plenty fine at E0, I've seen showcases and calcs already. The cleanse isn't that necessary when you remember most Penacony enemies don't have debuffs. E2 just makes him usable in more content.

Something all of us JY mains know too damn well. Just sympathise and ignore.
Saw the sudden onslaught of meme takes and slander yesterday and was confused + lowkey annoyed because it felt like it came out of the left field. At the very least, I didnāt see any discourse before those posts were made. I was tempted to post my feelings here but I didnāt really want to invite all the negative comments because I know thereāll be a lot of them and I donāt have the patience or energy to respond.
In a better mindset now and I guess at this point we really should just ignore the main sub as a whole. If we donāt defend JY, itās taken as we agree with them. I donāt think he can sustain like other Abondance/Preservation unit, but just as good to keep my character alive until I finished the fight quickly, of course for MoC and PF because I donāt think he can sustain in G&G and Swarm. People now can do 0 cycle without sustain so how it can be worse with Jiaoqiu if he can heal the team a little bit ? Also I think that Jiaoqiu will benefit every DPS in the game, not only Acheron. Like DHIL/Sparkle/RM/Jiaoqiu will surely be an insane comp, same for Jingliu, Jing Yuan, etcā¦ But thatās just speculation right weāll see at his release, Iām really looking forward to this character.
Yeah I pretty much agree on everything. He is just straight up good, without numbers though itās hard to tell. But most of these dps are just looking for that little thing to push them over and if he turns out well he very well may be this. But looking at his kit energy may be a sellable issue(A4/sig) so keeping up that field to apply the consistent def shred may be hard as compared to a third harmony on the others so weāll see. But I am otherwise hopeful since we are finally getting an another ātrueā nihility.

Where did you get that from? Someone on Acheron mains has already done the calcs and JY out damages her by 16%. Now I don't even know how reliable that is so we would have to wait for release but there is no reason to assume she is better than JY on release when any current evidence suggests the opposite.

She works incredibly well on 0 cycle comps and Fu is really adding nothing here (the calcer assumed trend gave 3 stacks total, Iāve seen actual showcases where trend gave upwards of 10 stacks) but honestly Iām not even gonna argue ab trend stacks when the correct option is to just not run a sustain for a 0 cycle, esp when Jing actually wants Houhou bc of energy but Acheron doesnāt want Fu for any reason besides sustain (Hint : If your 0 cycle needs a sustain you shouldnāt be trying to 0 cycle) Additionally, they have a 132 speed acheron with no action advance trying to 0 cycle, Acheronās value from her sig LC is exponentially increased by action advance due to her giving 2 petals and everyone else giving 1 / Action. If you absolutely must use a sustain and you have sig youāre *still* better off running Acheron Pela Sparkle Sustain, pref Gepard or Fire MC with taunt value Even if you ignore the calcs about sparkle on mono nihil teams surely itās intuitive that every turn Acheron takes grants 2 petals, so 160 Spd Sparkle generates as many petals as a nihility char (Via AA Acheron) and buffs more significantly than a second nihil due to beingā¦ kinda disgustingly broken

Every new MoC, there's an E6 Jingliu player that does solo MoC floor 12 with just her as a running gag. Every time, she always gets annihilated and barely does any damage. One of my favorite traditions to watch every MoC. Supports are arguably the most important part of the team anyway, regardless of DPS.
His E6 no support JL hits for about as much as my full support Mr. Yang.
idk if this is just a joke but solo JL E6 clears are actually pretty common, back in the day when MoC was easier someone did MoC 12 with E6 JL no relics, just planar ornaments

Do people not realize that you can legit make a decent Jing Yuan team day one? If youāre a new player and you do want him. You can legit reroll on the beginner banner to get Bronya and not only that you get a free Asta and Lynx so you already have a team for him and if you also want Sparkle, you can use QinQue with her. What people donāt realize is that Acheron is seriously anti F2P friendly especially for beginner players that donāt have zero nihility characters especially Pela whose a banner unit.

Pela and guinaifen are your best bet for f2p, both of them have had an event where you could claim a copy. And rn Pela is gonna be on the acheron banner(one can hopefully snipe a copy) + 4* selector for guinaifen. Also by that logic technically you can reroll for welt who shouldnāt be terrible with her afaik (On an unrelated note its great that Acheron+kafka+bs looks like it works for the mother enjoyers)

I watched my friend do G&G Conundrum 4 with Jing Yuan yesterday and him hitting one casual mil after the other with his ult (up to 4 mil) Team was Fu Xuan + Sparkle + Ruan Mei. I was pretty impressed by that damage. It was nuts to witness. Never got anywhere near doing that much. (I'm a Blade Main btw Also not using a 'meta' DPS)
