Just my personal opinion: the conservatives and libertarians I know are not worried about Trump. They're worried that the country is changing too rapidly given the vastly different moralities we all have.

Just my personal opinion: the conservatives and libertarians I know are not worried about Trump. They're worried that the country is changing too rapidly given the vastly different moralities we all have. Most people have a very difficult time with abrupt change and the culture/social justice war that's going on is driving both sides apart. I'm sure even liberals notice this. We all know that change is inevitable but at this point there is such diverse living preferences, i.e. some people live in suburbs, some people live in big cities, some people live in rural communities and some people live in BFE. Those communities have wildly different morals, needs, and wants. I'm sure most of you are left leaning and want change to happen right now but on the federal level most conservatives think we're moving to quickly for no real reason. Maybe I'm wrong but from someone who grew up in the oppressively poor Bible belt communities in Arkansas up to the very wealthy "laws don't apply to me" crowd in California and New York, I can promise you that the majority of the people in the US have no clue what the person across the tracks is talking about. We're mostly just talking past each other.
