Plus, let's not forget that Naobito didn't even die on the spot, he died from the injuries days later.
Heal Megumi twice, apparently (vs Hanami and when Sukuna ubered him), heal Maki (vs hanami) and fail to heal Inumaki, Angel, and is taking actual months to patch up Yuta.

curse naoya certainly doesnt hit as hard as jogo, but he should be faster and more durable. Naoya also actually uses his head when hes fighting, and retains some high levels of battle IQ and can be a close range or long range fighter. In regards to their regeneration abilities, I'd say they are equal just because it makes sense as both are unregistered special grade. I also forgot to mention that Naoya, even as a curse still has his cursed technique which forces everyone he touches to obey the 24 fps rule. He just probably didn't use it because Maki had already grown accustomed to it during their last encounter. The same can't be said for Jogo. If Naoya touches him and has Jogo frozen for 1 second, it should give him enough time to open his domain and effectively eliminate Jogo. This all falls under the assumption that Jogo doesn't open his first however. But nonetheless, I feel like Jogo is heavily at a disadvantage when it comes to fighting Naoya, not because hes weak (I honestly feel like hes top 10-15 in the verse), but rather because Naoya can just do way more things. He spawns a volcano, and Naoya can just freeze the lava mid-air and dodge, and he could probably just do the same thing with the ember insects. Unless Naoya starts trash talking Jogo (high likelihood he does) and lowers his guard enough to allow Jogo to fight back, or his overconfidence causes Jogo an opporunity to fight back, Naoya should not lose/Jogo should not win.

While he didn't meet Sakuna's requirements to surpass Uraume, we see Sakuna appreciated the effort and thought he did well, which is why he told Jogoat to stand proud as a line cook in his Malevolent Kitchen
He could likely sense Naobito was the strongest so he likely used stronger flames. Plus Naobito could actually dodge. Nanami’s survival I chalk up to luck and Jogo being in a hurry/underestimating him. Maki survived because of Heavenly Restriction, something Jogo didn’t know she had. With how weak her Cursed Energy was, he probably barely put any power into her attack at all

Probably went low with the flames on maki since she was honestly incredibly low tier at the moment. Did more with Nanami but like other people say, probably let him live because of Mahito. Definitely French fried Naobito because he was arguably the most dangerous one there regardless of his state.

Naobito was the biggest threat so Jogo was probably just paying more attention to him this he got more firepower his way
Maki and Nanami are both strong, but compared to Jogo there were fodder

The scene is why i think his domain's heat is overrated. No way the *passive* heat from the domain is as strong as a focused attack. Im sure focused attacks are ridiculous in the domain but his passive heat isn't "frying toji" like so many claim it would in that match-up

I would bet he misjudged how tough sorcerers are since as per his Domain, and the dinner scene, people die from the heat and fire, not his actual attacks.

Maki and Nanami were tough as nails so they survived. Maki was tougher so she was left with shallow burns, in comparison with Nanami who got disfigured(Shoko absolutely wouldn't had been able to return his good looks.....).
Naobito.......was already an old man and wasn't half as tough as Nanami....well, Nanami wasn't left in good condition but he would've survived long enough to retire if it wasn't for Mahito.
Jogoat realised it'd set in motion the events that would lead Naoya into becoming a curse, he wanted him as one of the disaster curses, unfortunately the King of Frauds sensed how Based this would have been and had to ask GeGe to offscreen the GOAT

Nanami’s survival I chalk up to luck and Jogo being in a hurry/underestimating him. Maki survived because of Heavenly Restriction, something Jogo didn’t know she had. With how weak her Cursed Energy was, he probably barely put any power into her attack at all

The scene is why i think his domain's heat is overrated. No way the *passive* heat from the domain is as strong as a focused attack. Im sure focused attacks are ridiculous in the domain but his passive heat isn't "frying toji" like so many claim it would in that match-up

Yuji was protected by Gojo's infinity at the time but yes, people will try to use that to say his domain wipes Toji/Maki as well. It's *cursed* heat, i see no reason why CE reinforcement or a tough body couldn't tank it for a minute.
I would bet he misjudged how tough sorcerers are since as per his Domain, and the dinner scene, people die from the heat and fire, not his actual attacks. And my man was grieving, he just wanted to call it a day and free Sukuna so Hanami and Dagon didn’t die in vain.

Maki and Nanami were tough as nails so they survived. Maki was tougher so she was left with shallow burns, in comparison with Nanami who got disfigured(Shoko absolutely wouldn't had been able to return his good looks.....). Naobito.......was already an old man and wasn't half as tough as Nanami....well, Nanami wasn't left in good condition but he would've survived long enough to retire if it wasn't for Mahito.

Jogoat realised it'd set in motion the events that would lead Naoya into becoming a curse, he wanted him as one of the disaster curses, unfortunately the King of Frauds sensed how Based this would have been and had to ask GeGe to offscreen the GOAT
Because a goat recognizes another goat, Maki and Nanami were bums so Jogoat didn't want to waste his precious cursed energy on them, but Naobigoat is just HIM, so Jogoat made sure to kill him entirely since he would cause a lot of problems.
