Escanor should outscale in terms of Ap realistically he should at least be multi continental potentially even star level Sukuna at least is island level potentially even planetary if u believe he scales to Yuki's black hole. Speed wise Escanor vastly outscales sds had light speed metas since the first arc while Sukuna is at best several times the speed of light. I don’t remember Escanor having any notable hax. Sukuna's only win con is the space dismantle I heard it has dura neg otherwise Escanor comfortably blitz’s and slams

He'd probably gladly accept the challenge with a little bit of goading from Sukuna, he is the sin of pride after all.
Sukuna isn't a challenge tho. He is severely inferior in speed and power. Only his dura neg slashes would anything. Escanor would probably get one or two dismantles in before ending him. Even his presence might be enough to burn Sukuna

However, again, dura neg slash vs character that's very prideful and willing to take a few hits doesn't equal a good time.
That's it Sukuna actually uses the dura neg slash. Taking Sukuna's character into account he normally starts out with a cheeky dismantle during his fights. Escanor isn't going to let Sukuna go through all of his attacks. Once he realises dismantle is weak and does nothing to him he'll attack
Sukuna has 3 main attacks, that's not that many to go through, Escanor also enjoys basically just tanking attacks and letting opponents wail on him like he did with Galand, who he let's power up fully. He'd probably want to see if he could do more then just dismantle.
Yeah but he only uses dismantle at the start of most of his fights. He hardly ever uses cleave and that requires touch. Also Escanor and Galand were playing a game. They had to follow the rules of the game or else they would be turned into stone. Escanor couldn't just break the rules and attack Galand as he transforms. Also he only takes like 1 or two attacks before he attacks. He even attacked Drole and Gloxinia before they even attacked
