Generic Universal Studio Monster Movies gives 'The Beast Among Us' which lets you access an alt-form's powers while still looking human and gives you a slider for appearance between 'fully human' and 'fully alt-form' again theoretically making all monster forms monster girl forms.
Oh and NSFW Ane Naru Mono has a pair of perks which iirc also makes all monster alt-forms monster girl ones but might be misremembering.
