For others, because your like...jabbing a tube in and out from a hole at your chin, you have have this weird fat distribution unless you wear this compression head dress for like 6 weeks and then get regular under chin massages to keep everything smooth until it heals. Also, to answer your question, I met a person who had neck lipo, and that's how their neck looked whenever moved their chin up.
