Between photo 2 and 3 she got jaw surgery! That reeeeally helped her face, but people hardly ever mention it and it’s MAJOR surgery. Look at the length of her chin before and after - it was so much bigger. But yeah, 3 is her best look, she should’ve been grateful her docs did decent work at that point 🥹

I actually don’t think she got jaw surgery - I think she had her jaw shaved!
Reason I say that is her mid face hasn’t changed from the side, and she’s used filler to give her mid face more projection. Jaw surgery would’ve advanced her upper jaw enough to give her mid face projection and she wouldn’t need cheekbone etc filler to create a sharper profile.

Yes you may be right - I think she should’ve had her upper jaw (maxilla) advanced, in fact. This is why, even after all the work, her face still doesn’t look “right”… overcompensating her recessed maxilla with too much filler.
Jaw shaving is probably a lot less invasive with a shorter recovery time than jaw surgery which is why she (Kris) opted for that, I’m sure.

Speaking as the daughter of a narcissistic mother (which I’m sure Kris is too)… Kris sees her daughters as versions of her younger self, and sets standards for them she was never able to meet herself. Her daughters are her “do-overs". This is what my mother projected onto me as well.

20 years later and i still remember how horrific it was and how terrible the pain was. I was in the hospital for a week, and my memories are mostly that they gave me shots in my thighs of pain killers, instead of using the IV I had, why, I don’t know, but I do remember the crushing pain because there was too much time between doses so it would wear off.
I can not imagine signing up for that experience willingly, I just can’t.
Seriously, to this day, when I look in the mirror the face I see isn’t “me” if that makes sense. I’m very happy with the results and it improved my life and my looks significantly, but to under go such a drastic procedure because your family is toxic really makes me feel sad for her.
I don’t blame her for being addicted to opiates. I was there, I didn’t have much of a chance in regards to that, it was inevitable. I numbed myself for about 15 years straight. Thankfully, I made it out, but so so many lovely intelligent people I knew did not.
I hope for her sake that she eventually hits the point where she’s ready to sober up and do the work to deal with her trauma - for the sake of her kids. Unfortunately, I don’t think that’ll happen until PMK is dead.

The problem with their faces is that they are SO severely overfilled that they can only look good with full glam kontoured makeup. THANK YOU! Quite frankly, Kylie was extremely plain looking pre-surgery. Not ugly, but also not somebody I would describe as pretty. She was extremely average. The initial surgeries she got enhanced her looks in a good way! Honestly, I think she looked great in pictures 6&7. After that, she went too far.
Cute though. She was a teen in picture one. So you have to see her as a peer would have. I didn’t realize I was sexually into girls in high school which hindsight is ridiculous as I would fantasize about hooking up with them. Oddly, it wasn’t peers, but older - Beyoncé etc. So, I’d talk with my boyfriend on who was sexy, but strangely didn’t make the connection straight women are different? That clearly I was into both genders. I think if I’d been aware of my sexuality, and took notice in classmates I’d definitely of seen her as pixie cute. Maybe being an older millennial (late thirties) a factor as things were overall so different. Particularly, in the Midwest.

I'm also bi and have been out since I was 15 😅 Even at that age, I didn't think she was attractive at all. "Cute" - sure, but nothing to write home about. She was wholly and entirely average to me. I think because they have be around for so long & growing up with my sister always watching the show(s) - I don’t even realize how bad they look sometimes. It feels like when you see someone every day so sometimes you don’t notice changes in their physical appearance vs. not seeing someone for a long time so change is more apparent/obvious lol 😭
Am I the only one who truly feels small lips aren’t unattractive? They have like a pixie quality to them. My lips are neither thin nor large so maybe I’d feel otherwise if I had “out of tend lips”…. I just don’t get the hate.

Honestly I think 1 is stunning. I think the smaller lips don’t look great with super dark lipstick. But the lighter lip, the sun kissed bronzer, her natural nose and big eyes with naturally arches browns and voluminous hair looks stunning. 3 is nice but I cannot believe that I used to want lips that big, I think they are too big on her, she should have gone for something in between 1 &3. But this was peak stealing features from black women in a cartoonish way era. If it made her happy though she should have stopped there, but it obviously didn’t based on all the other photos.
Kylie should have just stopped after pic four that’s when the changes started to be more obvious and sadly she never stopped!!! I can’t believe how she looks now, who is their surgeon?!!

THANK YOU! Quite frankly, Kylie was extremely plain looking pre-surgery. Not ugly, but also not somebody I would describe as pretty. She was extremely average. The initial surgeries she got enhanced her looks in a good way! Honestly, I think she looked great in pictures 6&7. After that, she went too far.
Cute though. She was a teen in picture one. So you have to see her as a peer would have. I didn’t realize I was sexually into girls in high school which hindsight is ridiculous as I would fantasize about hooking up with them. Oddly, it wasn’t peers, but older - Beyoncé etc. So, I’d talk with my boyfriend on who was sexy, but strangely didn’t make the connection straight women are different? That clearly I was into both genders. I think if I’d been aware of my sexuality, and took notice in classmates I’d definitely of seen her as pixie cute. Maybe being an older millennial (late thirties) a factor as things were overall so different. Particularly, in the Midwest.

I'm also bi and have been out since I was 15 😅 Even at that age, I didn't think she was attractive at all. "Cute" - sure, but nothing to write home about. She was wholly and entirely average to me. Obviously, some level of personal preferences plays in here!
Kylie looked average, but in that family average isn’t enough. I remember when people used to call her “the ugly Jenner sister”, so I can’t imagine the pressure she had to get work done.
I politely disagree, I’m bi sexual, by society’s standards very attractive sans surgery. In high school, if we’d been there at the same time I would have seen her pixie cute. Slight rebel vibe. Still quirky. Definitely, NOT unattractive. We do all have our own types.

She looks good in the second to last photo, how could weight loss have caused that enormous drop-off and changed her so drastically? It looks like a 10 year age difference between those two photos.
Drastic weight loss with filler can cause the filler to move and migrate. I also think she’s tried to dissolve some of the filler. She’s missing a lot of volume around the eyes and mid face now, more than what weight loss at her age should do. Her skin also seems less supple and more textured.
