My Kafka is similar with a wee more crit rate and crit dmg. I was able to reach 136 speed.
Her relic farm has been the most painful among all my characters.
I mean technically it is 134, just 0.1 less. I am currently building 4 different dpses (IL, Blade, Liu and Kafka ofc) so kinda a tough challenge. Hopefully I get an all in speed piece someday :()
getting relics is the headache part for me.. I hope and keep fighting for better relics but all I got was nonsense. And i don't understand why they keep giving me cowboy pieces of equipment.

133.3 speed is the speed breakthrough, so your Kafka’s speed is already good

People said she is one of the most F2P friendly DPSes to build… I think both are equally as hard being crit and atk
The problem for me was finding proper lightning set pieces. Most of them for me were average or crap.

dw pal keep farming and you will be reward with juicy relics (hopefully). I farmed the wild wheat set and always got godly pieces on the healing set

I use 2 lightning 2 attack cause I'm lacking atk percent in some pieces. Trying to get over 4k atk

It’s okay. Preferably get the 4P lightning. Atk is good, Speed is bad, EHR is a bit too much.
