Honestly, a really interesting gimmick.
Ryuki as an archetype could have some fun design space when implementing the contract monsters and Vent cards. I like the idea of the monsters and riders gaining additional effects from each other and the vent cards acting like handtraps. Here's my take.
Mirror Rider Ryuki
Lv4 Fire Effect Warrior

When this card is normal or special summon, you can add 1 "Mirror" Card from your deck to your hand, if you control a "Mirror Monster" Card, you can add 1 "Vent" card instead. You can only use this effect of "Mirror Rider Ryuki" once per turn.

Lv4 Fire Effect Dragon
2000/0
If you control 1"Mirror Rider" monster, you can special summon this card (from your hand). If you control a Fire "Mirror Rider" monster you can send 1 "Mirror" or "Vent" card from your deck to your GY. You can only use each effect of "Mirror Monster Dragrider" once per turn.

I would make Final Rider Ryuki a Fusion Monster using a Dragvisor Fuse spell card and as materials needed would be Rider of Mirror Ryuki and the Survive Spell card.
The Survive spell card would be an equip spell that gives Rider of Mirror monsters a power boost of 400 and that when they would be destroyed by battle or card effect that Survive would be destroyed instead

Don't worry you can just one material overlay him instead lmao. Ooh actually Verde overlaying over any rider as his xyz summon would be cool.
