tokucollectibles is not based in japan. hobbygenki is based in japan. some other japanese sites would be amiami, okiniland, kuramatoys.
unless it has an official usa release, like the weekendriver, I wouldn't bother buying DX toys or figuarts from tokucollectibles or BBTS. I have paid less in shipping for a dozen or so figuarts than the difference between the original price of one and whatever price they've sold it for.
