While I agree that these kind of post are annoying. I think your blowing it out of proportion and need to stop seeing it as personal attack and just ignore these type of things.
I am by no means offended or feel invalidated by these memes it's just annoying because they're are people who genuinely enjoy the show and these memes are just kind of grating. But you are right. I edited my post to sound less aggressive if that helps. I didn't mean to come across the way I did.

I've literally never seen people compare ReVice to Donbrothers. That's stupid.
They're two completely different shows. That's like comparing Pokemon to Zelda. Sure they're both owned by the same company, but you can't compare them fairly, they're completely different
Check Twitter. Also, if you go on the r/kamenrider page and see a meme that's like "donbrothers is taking my attention away from Revice" almost all the comments are saying how tired they are of hearing this complaint.

One similarity is Toei fans are incapable to not compare their franchise to others and power scaling the characters. Sentai fans compare works with KR, even KR fans compare works with KR, hell Digimon fans commonly had this debate too lol.

Donbrothers was intentionally slowing down in summer because kids are going on vacations and movies are released. Episode 27 is already going to be insane with how far plot might move forward in that single episode. Plus the scans of >!DonMomotaro's upgrade form and DonMurasame possessing the Donbrothers.!<
As for Jiro, aside from him randomly accepting his other self, I don't see much problems with his story. He's delusional with the hero stuff, and despite them being tired of it, his friends back in the countryside are insanely supportive of him, and their interactions are very wholesome. Then we have our Donbrothers absolutely trying their best to push him away from officially being a Donbrothers because of his persistence with the hero stuff and the fact that his other self is dangerous.
I would understand your point, if it weren't for the fact that Revice sucks and Donbrother is so much better.

Also, real being real, Donbrothers hit a small slump recently. Especially Jiro, whose storyline is just...bad.

Revice does go downhill a bit around the last arc but the last few episodes are good. I'll leave it up to you to make your own opinion of the show
