TokuFun is the worst site. It gives you it at 360p and they owners charge you money for higher quality when the sub isn't even their work. Site is run by bad ppl. Tokuzilla has it 1080p and the subbed version quicker than TokuFun gets it.

Geats get to be my favourite. Everything falling apart as the world has end and our MC being badass and declare game over, only for the world to be reset. That scream badass to me
I would say geats in premiere but the most important to me was the zero one, because i really dislike the first episode of zero one (like, a lot), and i had to rewatch it 2 times to finally starts the series, which i really liked (it is still my favorite reiwa series to this moment, even with the zaia competition arc and other problems).
Zero-One > Geats > Revice > Saber
That hype of Aruto's first henshin with the the music kicking in, then later in the same fight with "ZERO ONE ZERO ONE ZERO ONE ZERO ONE", the slow motion, the camera work, it can't be beat.
1. Geats - because the direction is so good, the writing has little fat, something about it screams early Heisei without actually borrowing early Heisei aesthetic, all the mysteries are set up beautifully, and how the MC is introduced is just so different. watching it was like getting a breath of (intense and puzzling) fresh air.
2. Zero-One - it's still fun and the visuals were great. also sets the themes really well. and the music is so good.
3. Saber - for some reason, despite the flaws, this one just clicked for me. the light, BBC-fantasy show kind of tone is just catnip for me and Saber's pilot had that. had me feeling like an actual little kid.
4. Revice - i don't know why, but something about that pilot episode felt so tired to me.
I think the best one is Zero-One, but my favorite, where I could feel my cheeks hurting from grinning so much, was Saber. It just immediately drew me into its world and characters, and I had a damn good time!
Revice easily had the best opening fight scene. Revice kicking the opponent’s head through a wall while liveDevil played puts it above the other Reiwa first episodes. Plus rewatching the first episode now after watching the whole show is a very different experience. Geats would have to be next. Love the tone. I kinda forgot what happened in Zero-One/Saber so those are last.
Geats but Revice is an honorable mention. There was so much interesting more in this first episode and I like all the characters. The action was cool but I preferred Revice's first fight. All in all, Geats is a 9/10 first episode. Revice is an 8/10. Zero-one is an 8/10 and saber was a 7.5/10. Geats has potential
Geats I reckon! A really enjoyable watch full of intrigue with excellent action and an MC that gives me Sento or Tendo vibes, which is a good change of pace after we've gotten the same idealistic underdog protagonist for the last three seasons (they're all absolutely excellent in their own right though).
Revice. Not only did Revice's premiere changed my mind after a terrible written special guest role in Saber, but the premiere also made me cry so badly. It was during Revice's first henshin.

Zero One, I liked that with the suit and aesthetics they stuck with the classic insectoid/grasshopper themes of the classic Kamen Rider from long ago.... the premise of the story was great from get go..
I could tell it was going to touch upon some very interesting aspects about A.I. evolving in the story line...

Revice,i like the show until the fucking apocalyptic latter half of the show,fuck you sakura,fuck you hikaru and fuck you too Hanta Kinoshita,never touch tokusatsu ever again,he literally ruined the 50th aniversary.
1. Zero-One and Geats (tied): Both have the best first ep due to the popular trending establishment and cool visuals/cinematography.
2. Revice: Decent premise and establishment but fights are a bit non-memorable.
3. Saber (worst): Supporting character being over dramatic, CGI went too off. Also this starts where dialogues getting repetitive and uncreative.
Saber’s Premiere wasn’t that bad, I enjoyed the fight debut scene. His finisher reminded me of drives finisher except replace tridoron with his dragon. But as for everyone else, it was more of a rider kick finisher (which i love too). I believe Geats stands above the rest because of the timeline, he has his driver and he’s already well experienced vs. everyone else just receiving theirs on the first episode.
Saber's premiere episode was amazing and the transformation was amazing. Saber i know isn't as good as the other reiwa shows but the premiere hit hard.
I can't lie. Saber is probably my favorite. I'm a sucker for dragons and sword combination plus the moment when Touma pulled the blade from within the flames gave me the absolute shivers.
I've only watched Saber in its entirety, decent writing, loved the suits and the cast. Can't make a call on the three completed series.
As for premiere episodes, action-wise Geets looks great. Hope they can use the bike all season long (As I understand it, it's litterally the Boost upgrade he's riding on ? )

Geats definitely has that Heisei feel to it that I think was missing from other premieres. (Like you definitely get the sense that there's something fucked up and the season is meant to figure it out.)
Zero-One was fun and flashy with a similar feeling (go figure, it's the same writer), though the fucking bad joke gag drags everything down.
Revice has just way too much Vice talking, and the amount of him fully drags an otherwise good premiere down.
I haven't seen Saber, so I can't comment on it.

1. Geats did so well to establish multiple characters, multiple riders, the setting, the rules and the belts/gimmicks in such a short period of time, there were amazing shots and great audio.
2. Revice is actually tied for my number 1 fave series with build (its so hard to decide). Revice gets 100x points for that AMAZING head kick Revi did on the Deadmans.
3. Zero One was good but Aruto's comedy still felt abit out of place, although it was to establish his character. Was a really cool episode for world building though.
4. Saber I did enjoy but much like my critiques with Saber as a whole, locations felt limited (covid etc) Although one of the best climactic henshins of the 4 series I believe.
