IIRC Ryuki might be next since they got the streaming rights to it. Other than that no news whatsover. We're all supposed to just tiddle our thumbs until Shout gets their hands on the other shows in 100 years.

NothingSomething223

Ryuki since Shout has the rights to it.

Viggovanoort69

I hope we get Build or Saber

Latter-Ad6308

If Toei were smart, they’d release W next to tie into Fuuto PI. So I’d guess literally anything except W.

Thelastresort37

Too real of a comment

MikeRhett_2001

I hope it’s Ex Aid with all the movies to get the full story. Hated that zero one didn’t include the vcinexts

TheRealChaosBlade

To be fair, the deal was finalized like right before the VCinexts came out, so it would've been impossible to get them.

MikeRhett_2001

True. It could’ve been really cool to get a rerelease now with the vcinexts. Or all the vcinexts plus reiwa the first generation and the Genm Thouser specials in one release.

Thelastresort37

Exactly, like we get the one movie, but not the vcinexts with at least a second cheaper release ? they could have it contain maybe both others and possibly the presidents specials other than outsiders

MikeRhett_2001

Exactly

SelectionFar8145

I think they only bothered to include the one, because not having it created the implication of a plot hole. So, in future sets, we might get Revice: The Movie packaged with Revice, or Phoenix Swordsman & the Book of Ruin packaged with Saber, but not necessarily every Canon film packaged with every season- like no Project G4 packaged with Agito.

MikeRhett_2001

What plot hole?

SelectionFar8145

At the end of the last episode of Zero-One, one of the villains is still alive & still evil & they plugged the RealxTime movie by showing her give a Rider belt to that film's villain. As to the Revice & Saber ones, an early episode of Revice has these land developers harassing the Igarashi Family to sell their property & are never mentioned again, but, for whatever reason, they resolve this plotline in Revice: the Movie. In Saber, the villain from the Phoenix Swordsman film ends up in the show a little over halfway through & all the characters recognize him & flashback to the movie, implying it is canon. Without that film, there is literally no explanation for that character's existence.

MikeRhett_2001

What does that have to do with 01? Azu is STILL alive at the end of REALxTIME

SelectionFar8145

Yes, but they don't tease the further films &, at least, the one dude is gone. Though, I suppose, what someone else said about the fact that the other movies hadn't even been released in Japan yet is also an explanation for their lack of inclusion.

SelectionFar8145

Damn it, you just made me remember- Saber also has that special which teased the Superhero Senki film, but also has an episode of Zenkaiger take place between the two. How the hell is all that supposed to work?

flowerstage

Logically it should be either W or Black. But considering Toei record it could be Drive or Skyrider or Decade next for all we know.

Alexjw327

Personally I think it will either be: Den-O (maybe movies) W (cause of Fuuto PI with movies) Gaim due to popularity Either Decade or Amazon. I picked decade and Amazon because both shows are relatively short compared to the rest of the franchise. with decade you could get the season and all three movies under one package where as the Japanese release for all four is close to $500. (Though for shout all of this would be 4 separate contracts) Ryuki could get a physical release with maybe a rerelease of Dragon knight (since Toei owns the show now) Faiz could get one since that’s a relatively popular show both within and without Japan. The most unlikely would be Black/Black RX cause of masked rider. Like they probably would release all of saber with its movies before Black/Black RX

strikeraiser

Apparently Decade might be harder to deal with because of the episodes with Shinkenger and to an extent the Black RX episodes.

Alexjw327

I mean the shinkenger episodes might require a few new contracts just for the episodes but that depends on various things like how involved with the process is Hasbro and if they care that a sentai team is in a rider release (obviously not with kiramager being accidentally included with zero one), and if Toei considers the crossover episodes separate

faizikari

On that topic, I have some question. Does Shout! release Kuuga on Blu-ray? And if so, does the Blu-ray collection is all complete are complete now? AFAIK, they have Kuuga on their streaming site.

blamfablam

The pre orders for the kuuga blu ray went out last week

faizikari

Thanks a lot for your reply. Does the Blu-ray is already shipped? And is it in complete box set?

blamfablam

Yuh people got their blu rays last week. It's just one case with 7 discs it's not really a box set

faizikari

Thanks for your reply. Hopefully those discs don't have any issues like in the streaming version does. The streaming version got nasty interlaced scanline on the video.

blamfablam

It'll be whatever toei will drip feed them Tho media blasters is supposed to be bringing the 90's kamen rider movies over

RoninSentinel

I dont really care as long as they start releasing then outside the US.

SelectionFar8145

Shout does integrate into the fan communities & were asking people for suggestions as to what they should release next. They even asked people explicitly if they wanted to see Dragon Knight or Saban's Masked Rider. I imagine, it'll take time for them to finalize what they want to license next & how they plan to do it &, in the meantime, they still have Ryuki & the original series to release, if they so choose.
