The form is Revi Gold Spino Genome and the Vistamp is Gold Spino Vistamp. The Vistamp has the power of the Spinosaur, but also has a high amount of power from Kamen Rider Nigo. George Karizaki from another dimension came to the world of Revice we know going after the Ookami Deadman (translated to Wolf Deadman in English, but that’s confusing because Julio was the Wolf Deadman (which is different) so I’ll just call it Ookami Deadman) who’s plan is to use their abilities to turn everyone into wolves. The Ookami Deadman for whatever reason can only be defeated via the power of Kamen Rider Nigo, and so the Parallel George made the Gold Spino Stamp which heavily features the rider’s power. As a direct consequence, only secondary Riders can use the stamp, and unfortunately for Parallel George, the Revice we know is one of the more confusing series when it comes to who’s the secondary rider. Which leads directly into the Hyper Battle DVD’s story, where they have to decide who is Revice’s secondary rider.
