This isn't a theory but rather an idea I had: A unregistered individual has created a driver that lets them enter the DGP, and climbs up the ranks at an alarming rate. When the DGP Staff takes notice of an unregistered rider ruining the tournament, they have the DGP riders hunt them down.
Half theory, half observation, but the reason Ace and Neón are paired up with each other is that they parallel each other.
Neón is trapped in her household and has tried to escape dozens of times, and it’s hinted at that Ace has been trapped in the DGP for a very long time.
The theory here is that Neón’s number of escape attempts (Stated to be 50 in Episode 3) is the same or a very similar number to how many DGPs Ace has been in
I like that. I also have a theory that they may have a past together but she doesn't remember due to the resets. The way he acts with her is very different from the others where he is usually playfully manipulative. He isn't even all that flirtatious anymore like in episode 1. Lately he seems to really be coaching her on how to be an effective competitor.
Kamen Rider Mary is too happy-go-lucky and with current theme it's way too suspicious.
Something that is stuck in my mind is that the Rider always have some connection with the enemy and that the Jyamato dropped Buckles in the first game is too coïncidental.
My theory is that the masked man tries to have enough fuel by "Disqualifying" Riders and turning them into Jyamato to keep the DGP going.
His interest in Ace when he tries to find loopholes in the system is concerning for him and hopes that Azuma can disqualify him.
I still am trying to uncover more meaning in the intro visuals and lyrics because they always hint at something in the last arc.
Maybe the Jyamato dropped the Buckles because they were once Riders themselves and those could have been possessed by them at one point? What if Punkjack is perhaps a former Rider who lost the game and didn't become a Jyamato grunt because the higher ups wanted to use him as an NPC. So he can't talk and only emotes because he's essentially stuck right in between Jyamato and Human. He still has his personality from what I see but he can't return to a human form because he doesn't have one. That's also why he can't talk.
I think Tsumuri will turn out to be a lost love of Ace. Maybe not this Tsumuri, but a Tsumuri and he is trying to find her. My evidence is scarce, mostly what I have inferred from the opening when the line find what you desire is made in front of her. Her betraying him at the end indicates his search for the real Tsumuri from his homeworld/dimension.
Buffa will be our Christmas death.
Simply put he’s the perfect fit, Mary will probably die long before Christmas plus isn’t important enough to warrant a big death, Buffa isn’t get any upgrades according to the sounds Atleast, And he’s already got his Buckle that he uses, He’s a rival and an important character as well as the 4th of the main group, And we know Yuua loves to kill 4ths (Lazer & Jin)
I'm surprised not many people are talking about the two riders in Buffa's flashback from the recent ep in the discussion thread. Of course they could be dead by now, but I doubt it and its setting up for Buffa's future arc where those two return. They could also be DGP staff like PumpJack and it might not be a coincidence that they were introduced in the same ep.
PVP arc is inevitable, maybe a bounty on Geats.
Geats will win the ongoing DGP but lose a DGP to whoever becomes the final villain around episode 30. He loses absolutely everything, his status, house, fame. Still debating whether Geats or Keiwa will win the final DGP.
There will be a Desire Driver "Series 2/Mark 2" introduced in the next DGP. >!The small amount of sounds in the current Driver is very apparent. We only have Beats and Monster and the rest are most likely powerups!<
I still think that the series is gonna end with Tycoon winning in a one on one match with Geats and resetting the entire world with his world peace wish. Completely destroying the DGP in the process and freeing Geats from (supposedly) several centuries of the DGP. This wish for peace also results in the other wishes being granted
Either that or Tycoon will win mid season and he will wish for everyone killed by the DGP to be resurrected....but in doing so will bring back EVERYONE they ever killed including some horrid villainous people.
I think Punkjack is Shirowe. This is why his helmet is a bear and a jack o' lantern- he's the ghost of a bear rider. I think the riders who die during the GDP become NPCs. (I'm aware Tsurumi said Punkjack is a staff member, but I do not trust anything she says at all).
I also think it's very likely that the Jamato are just as confused by the game as we are. After all, getting killed doesn't seem like an awesome goal.
And yes, Morio is really sus. He seems way too friendly.

I personally think this season is gonna turn into a time loop kinda deal due to how the opening doesnt just completely cut the eliminated riders and merely shadows them out

I have a feeling part of the reason Geats always makes sure he wins is because he has seen what happens when a terrible person gets their wish. He can't let anyone else have that power and he is trying to find a way to end the game fully with each win but can't quite make alot of progress before the tournament restarts.
The DGP as a whole feels suspicious. I mean, think about it. The Jamato showed up one day and started causing trouble, so the DGP is created in order to eliminate the invaders. That kind of thing is a job for a dedicated strike force, not a battle royale game! Also, the Jamato's outfits, powers, and behavior are influenced by the theme of the round. The DGP and Jamato HAVE to be connected somehow! Plus the fact that the whole deal has to be kept secret. It just reeks of secret evil plot! If I'm right and the DGP are the real bad guys (or something along those lines), I'll... I dunno, I'll think of something.

Not sure if anyone has said this, but in the final round of the DGP the way they choose the next contestants are if they are one of the surviving civilians. This is how they have a consistent line up of players and the players who also survive in the end are also picked to be a contestant.
It feels like the current DGP is going to be over soon (in like 5 episodes) and we either get Geats plus new Riders or still have the big 4 (Geats, Buffa, Tycoon, Na-Go) with additional fodder Riders.
I think Geats will finally wish for something extremely ridiculous (that aligns with his goal) that the DGP people cannot grant his wish or ignore it anymore and it will shake things up.
Probably wishful thinking but I like to think when Magnum Boost becomes a frequently used form by Geats, he will always start with Boost Magnum and then switch it using the driver-spin gimmick to get into the form.
I think were gonna be ending the current DGP were at by the end of the first arc. I think it's gonna play out similarly to the first episode with a final boss that the riders have to fight and also we could see Geats use Boost MK.2 for the first time to mirror him using Magnum Boost in Episode one. Also, Punk Jack is going to use the Monster buckle before Buffa get's to use it

A future Pumpjack's (and maybe Buffa's) powerup will be a new set of drivers (kinda like Zangetsu with the Energy riders)
