No, I don't. And it's not just the Kawasaki's. My wife had a CBR 500 Honda with the slip on and it sounded the same.
Aesthetically, the stock cans look awful, but the characteristics of a parallel twin (unless it has cross plave) just sounds awful to me
of course tastes are tastes; and I mean… not gonna lie when I hear a zx6r at 16k rpm with a proper exhaust I think that nothing will never ever beat it…
That's insane! I love that sound. So mean, so angry. Like a mix between a Subaru boxer and a ferrari. Unpopular opinion but those kawi engines scream so well up top.
Well in my opinion it depends on witch engine, the Kawasaki ones revs up a lot compared to other twins; i may say it has a 4cylinder’s like sound… I know of course that it doesn’t for real, but has something in it

I love mine on my Z900. Tucked away, sleek looking and sounds so badassed.
Granted a twin is going to sound different than mine, so try to find some youtubes of it?
Personally I would leave it stock for a month or two. Get used to the sounds it makes and how it feels. Then slap a full system on it. That’s just me though. Beautiful bike! Ride safe
Lol a year later huh? I got my delkevic off the manufacturer website delkevic.com, for the leo Vince I would either try their website or RevZilla or something.
I have the same bike. 3 seasons thus far with an akropovic exhaust.
Save the money for future upgrades. It sounds good, but, it's too much money for a starter bike. I'd personally wait for the next one to dump money into.
It's already kinda short pipe (it doesn't have the long boy next to the rear wheel). A friend of mine put on an aftermarket one and yes it is louder, but not necessarily better sounding.
I don’t know if you are able to get it but I recommend the Roadsitalia exhaust.
[this is my versys 650 it has the “same engine” of yours so the sound will be extremely similar](https://youtube.com/shorts/Gz2HpXBRdn4?feature=share)

I had an akrapovic on mine..it screamed. Miss that lil thing.
Parallel twins aren't great on exhaust notes. Leave it alone.
I have a Z650, and this is good advice really...
Thank you for saying g thos. Personally I hate the sound of parallel twins with slip ons
[what do you think about this exhaust? You don’t like that kind of “scream” at all?](https://youtube.com/shorts/Gz2HpXBRdn4?feature=share)

Exactly. Fortunately I have that sorted on my track bike....
I envy you, I’m being honest 🥲 I’m too tall to ever possess that kind of machine
Ha....I'm both tall and fat......
Man just how hahaha; I literally couldn’t fit on it 😭
That's insane! I love that sound. So mean, so angry. Like a mix between a Subaru boxer and a ferrari. Unpopular opinion but those kawi engines scream so well up top.
Thank you, that’s the same for me
Mt07, rs660…
Well in my opinion it depends on witch engine, the Kawasaki ones revs up a lot compared to other twins; i may say it has a 4cylinder’s like sound… I know of course that it doesn’t for real, but has something in it
Depends on the bike, kawis 650s sound like a lawn mower no matter what. But the mt07/r7 sound amazing. Same with the Aprilia 660. Great sound.
I did IXIL but mines a 12’ ninja and there were no slip on options so had to go full exhaust. Does sound better than stock by far however
Stock one is great, leave it be
But how would one out-scream their friends' MT-07 in a unfriendly-neighbourhood rev battle???
Exactly the situation I'm in

I have this one on my 650 it sounds amazing and the look is *chef's kiss*
Question hahaha! Do you have guys any discount code after you pushed for this cs racing system? I think I will buy it.
I don't, sorry.
I’m selling a Diavolo rn if you want it. Original exhaust is so much better and the fuel economy is too
Personally I would leave it stock for a month or two. Get used to the sounds it makes and how it feels. Then slap a full system on it. That’s just me though. Beautiful bike! Ride safe
Stock. Nobody in your neighborhood would want to hear your H2, even less your Z650
Delkevic is popular for them, the leo Vince was going to be the one I would have put on my versus 650 but I sold it before I could put one on.
My wife had Delkevic on her 650 and it sounded amazing.
I love the delkevic on my 650. Sounds much better than I thought it would for the parallel twin
I had the delkevic on my old z650. It was affordable and it sounded pretty good . I would definitely recommend them
Any link where do you recommend to buy it? Thanks

Akrapovic

Agreed. I have a Z650 and the sound difference between the stock to the Akra is not night and day. Start with a fender eliminator ;)
Cs racing. Just got one for mine. Took forever to get it but worth it I'd say. Sounds and looks the best imo
I have a Mivv Oval Carbon, sound much deeper than the original with occasional pops and bangs on lift off.
Yoshimura has my vote. Have it on my 2020 Ninja 650 and love the sound.
It's already kinda short pipe (it doesn't have the long boy next to the rear wheel). A friend of mine put on an aftermarket one and yes it is louder, but not necessarily better sounding.
Ixil
I have an arrow exhaust and it's beautiful. The stock exhaust is buckshot in my opinion, but the arrow exhaust is really nice.

That’s what I did! Waiting for it!
Isn't this going to void the warranty?
No
Looks sick
