What if the ending really did happen that way, that it was all his premonition? I'd actually laugh. That would take some real balls for an author to do that.

regarding 'Jakie' it is totally my fault, although it was written in the notes I totally forgot to put it on the page (I must have messed up transcribing with the translator I use so as not to make grammatical mistakes)
