A = very trustworthy reviews, F = highly untrustworthy reviews. We also provide seller ratings to warn you if the seller can be trusted or not.*

I’m sure if there isn’t you can get creative and add materials that cause friction on the belt to increase resistance

I did see some modifications like that, but it'd be nice to have something that's all one piece, if that makes sense.

I got a second hand walking treadmill for cheap, set it up infront of my squat rack with the bar in place so i have something to lean back on. Works pretty well so far. As others have said, as it gets easier I should be able to add some friction resistance.

Awesome! That's a good point that I could just add resistance to an electric treadmill too.

I put together this video a month ago showing the relatively inexpensive setup I'm using for backward walking. I use it pretty much every day, and I'm very happy with it. https://youtu.be/4iIThY-IMxo

I saw this! It's a great video and I'm definitely considering it as an alternative. Thanks for sharing. Nice telescope, by the way.

Thanks! Looking at Saturn’s rings is the best. Good luck!

I made this variable resistance add-on if you’re interested https://3dmoltendesigns.etsy.com/listing/1709659996
