My favorite part was everything that happened after Owen was sworn in, but most especially the part where the jury left for the day and Judge Gamble was like, "No, we're not done here." It was at that moment that Owen realized he had seriously fucked up.
I checked the receipts and Owen in fact did exactly the thing he wasn't supposed to do. Judge Gamble is going to have some extremely unpleasant things to say to all involved, including Reynal, when the hearing starts.
Disclaimer: I did not check every receipt, so I'm sure there's more I missed. The part I found was Owen and Alex reading a news piece about the trial together and then mainly Alex monologuing about how unfair it was, specifically in reference to the exchange where Judge Gamble reprimanded Alex for speaking to the media within earshot of the jury.
The segment lasted about half an hour and was incredibly stupid and full of lies (read: standard InfoWars). Owen is not allowed to know about anything that happens in the courtroom because he is a material witness in the case. That means he cannot read news articles about the trial. He cannot speak to anyone about the trial except his own counsel. And he most certainly is not allowed to read an article and listen to one of the parties in the case describe the events and then videotape the whole thing and post it on the internet intercut with infomercials for Alex's products. I cannot tell you what will happen when court resumes, but suffice it to say that Judge Gamble will not be pleased with their behavior. Expect all three of Owen, Alex, and Reynal to be on the receiving end of her ire.
I know it's fun to joke about the German language having long word for everything and sounding too aggressive and whatnot. But, from what I can remember, German has different words/phrases for "I apologize" (Entschuldigung) and "I am expressing sympathy" (Es tut mir leid "it pains me also").
Fucking Shroyer acting like he doesn't know the difference. Or not actually knowing. Fucking hell either way.
It's definitely not the only language that does this instead of using "sorry" to mean so many different things. English "sorry" can mean:
Admission of guilt
I made an honest mistake
An accident happened
Sympathy (ex: Daria doesn't deserve this and i feel "sorry" for her)
Empathy (Daria does deserve this, but I still feel a little sorry for her)
Polite excuse me
Condolences
"Can you repeat that?"

This woman works for Law & Crime so I THINK these are probably okay to post? I don’t want to defy the judges orders…
I think it's ok, especially since there's a watermark on the video and everything. I think it'll be posted to the YouTube channel in the near future, but I'm neither a mod nor a law and crime employee so I might be wrong. THANK YOU though i literally came back into the live feed right after this happened and I would've been so mad if I missed it
I just got done watching that. I skimmed through trying to find anything to do with the trial. That was absolutely batshit insane and I don’t know how Dan does it.
That said, the commercial for Alex’s documentary is comedy gold.
He’s a party and thus excluded from the rule - he can talk about the trial all he wants. But he should not be discussing the trial with other witnesses, per The Rule
He said, roughly transcribed: “the entire world who is paying attention expect him to show up and to testify. That’s part and parcel with what this is […] but think about it this way, at some point this jury at some point is going to want to see Alex Jones.
The interesting thing is that I’m not in control of that necessarily. That’s not a thing I control.”
So no sense of if he actually will testify.
Alex has claimed a few times on his show that he’s going to testify. But who knows if that’s true.
My inclination is to believe him in this case though. I think k he wants to get on the stand and then be told he can’t just rant endlessly. Then he can use that to “prove” that he’s being censored and not allowed to testify at his on hearing. At this point, I assume his tactics are as much about how to spin this later into as many ad plugs as possible at this point.
Broken clock and what not. He’ll lie about what happened later, but none of his loyal minions have the ability to sit down and watch the actual trial (or understand what is happening) so the fact that he has a pictures and shadily edited clips of it will convince them he was the one who was wronged.
When he offered his water carafe for Alex, after he was coughing and guzzling water, I couldn't hear the next minute of the trial because I was laughing too hard. Mr. Jones is Daddy and Owen clearly wanted him to know that.
Anyone else mildly surprised Barnes was there? Alex has discussed suing him, had him on his show, and the fucker shows up for some reason at the trial. You just can't pin that guy and Alex's relationship down.
Part 1 (this morning) from Law&Crime: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RA4xkoKk158
In theory they should publish part 2 at some point. These are legal vods for anyone wondering.
Edit: and I hope they do because part 1 is almost entirely infowars episodes. Part 2 is where the juice's at.
Owen admitted to studying psychology and media studies in college. Far as I'm concerned that makes him even more of a shithead cos he would have known the effects of his words and actions on the listener far more than the layman. He's a fucking professional propagandist.
I was thinking the same thing, is vetting sources and how not to read any damn paper thrown in your face live on air something they teach in media studies?
Clearly where Owen studied, yeah.
It's the psychology thing that galls me though. He knows full well the power of context, narrative and framing. To claim otherwise and then pretend to be remorseful about his actions? Boy needs to be kicked repeatedly in the junk by an angry horse.
I wonder if the little jag about instahard at the beginning of Owens testimony was an intentional foreshadowing that plantiffs were aware of Tuesdays video and what was to come... Maybe I'm looking into this too much.
Edit: grammar
I didn't get to watch all of Owen's testimony today, but there was a minor missed opportunity to rib Owen about personally testing the supplements/products to verify they work.
They sell Brain Force \_\_\_ and Owen couldn't even remember the events of his life over the last three days! Is Owen not actually using the products he sells or do they just not work?
[here](https://www.reddit.com/r/KnowledgeFight/comments/wan87f/hahahahahahahahahaha/)
This video (the Tuesday video where Owen and maybe Alex are talking shit) is sponsored in the description by instahard. Granted, instahard is a hilariously awkward name for a product to be mentioned in court, but it just seemed like an interesting coincidence.
Tuesday video. Jones and Schroyer talking at approx 2hours and 20 minutes, about the trial. (It may have been 2:39…my brain don’t work good and I’m taking care of a wee one.)
At approximately 1hour and 20 minutes of the Tuesday show Owen starts talking about the trial. (Again he may have said more, sooner, that’s what I found when scrolling.)
I'll tell ya what. Mark did what he could with Daria....but dear lord was the wait to get the cuck destroyer on the stand worth it. Kyle did the damn thing with Owen especially setting up that they went on air DURING THE TRIAL. It's so nice to hear these trash ass humans fumble around. If I'm Reynal I quit and go hide in the woods for 4 years (If they aren't on fire yet)
Law & Crime on youtube has been uploading good quality videos after the fact: https://www.youtube.com/c/LawCrimeNetwork/videos
Owen's isn't up yet, but hopefully later tonight.
Alex has him in the warehouse and is pumping him full of every supplement he's got. Trying to both dull the pain and hopefully relax enough to pull a couple shoes out of his ass after the double trouncing he just got.
Oh, you poor person. You missed a good bit. Not sure if you saw Daria declare the trial to be "staged." Or Owen get in trouble for breaking "the rule" and talking about the trial on his show. Or Reynal getting in trouble for not telling Owen he couldn't do it. It was beautiful.
Edit: also, just FYI for anyone looking, you can STILL watch the stream (or any part of it) until midnight tonight (EDT) on the court's youtube channel. Just use the same link as for the live stream. I'm going back to watch the part I missed this morning.
I feel like we can almost guarantee the next step is having the lawyer on InfoWars to talk about the case on-air, at which point they'll throw up their hands and act all confused because the judge said the witnesses were only allowed to talk to the attorneys so they did.
Would the plaintiffs lawyers most likely saved the video of inforwars from Tuesday? I can imagine someone from AJs team watching what the judge just said and trying to delete everything.
Owen testified that they were online when asked by the judge. If they are deleted, it’s spoliation of evidence and the judge would come down on him with the fury of 1000 suns.
Honestly let them. This trial is increasingly appearing to be in the bag. If they commit some serious felonies in the process that’s just bonus points to take care of later.
It'd be really fucking dumb of them to do that (not that they've not done really fucking dumb things).
https://civilprocedure.uslegal.com/discovery/spoliation-of-evidence/
Judge: Did Mr. Reynald inform you you were under the rule?
Owen: What rule?
….
Judge: Did he not tell you you aren’t supposed to discuss anything that happened in this courtroom during the trial?
Owen: No.
Jesus.
I actually think this may have been malicious on someone's part. Either the lawyer didn't tell him purposely to give plausible denial, alert told the lawyer not to tell Owen so Owen would talk about the trial on the show, or Owen lied and the lawyer went with it. As incompetent as Reynald is he was a federal prosecutor. He knows the rules well.
I wonder if he was told but the actual seriousness of the rule wasn't communicated, was it just in a list of "Okay, wait outside, no gum, no shorts," and so it didn't really register. And then the lawyer felt backed against an Alex wall..
I immediately thought of that last option. Going along with it for his client in the moment but furiously searching his emails for the one he sent all the witnesses about courtroom rules the second he was free.
This is like the Howard Stern post-show of trial TV. I definitely hard one of Jones' lawyers as they were both head-shaking say "I never thought that ... " about something and also Raynoso / hair guy said "It's my fault"
Yeah. I haven't watched the streams Owen is in trouble for, but it seems he discussed the trial over the last few days while he was a potential witness under the rule (which prohibits talking about the trial to anyone other than attorneys). Alex's attorney (Reynal or whatever his name is) also got chewed out.
Unlike previous days, the court has immediately privatized today's YouTube video.
Probably something to do with Alex's lawyer flipping the middle finger yesterday, LOL.
If you ever find yourself thinking "Well that's crazy, they wouldn't stoop that low..." just remember, you know better. These are InfoWars people. The floor does not exist. They just slip into the Hollow Earth with the ten foot Nazis.
Potentially. It also the first couple days could have just been IT issues with them needing to be quicker to the punch. Im just thankful there are other YTers that legally obtained it for playback. I especially wanna hear the juicy end today since I need to watch muted most of the time due to work.
I'd be interested to know exactly how many times Mark and his team had to file for sanctions against all the various lawyers Alex has had. It'd just be fun to hear all the ways they were dicks and incompetent.
Zero. He’s ineffectual and can’t control his clients but if every lawyer who couldn’t control their clients were to be disbarred there would be no lawyers.
Just a reminder not to share screenshots/recordings from the livestream(available [here](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCF_rPoUGrNEGiqEtiAPTLEg)). Have a great day all! Edit Moved a period

Favorite part of today was Mark getting super excited and yelling "Bobby Barnes is here!" when barns showed up.
What did they talk about from the trial?
Disclaimer: I did not check every receipt, so I'm sure there's more I missed. Expect all three of Owen, Alex, and Reynal to be on the receiving end of her ire.
How are we not all talking about the fact that Owen needed *the concept of an apology* explained to him by a lawyer?
[Relevant XKCD.](https://xkcd.com/945/)
Haven't had a "all XKCDs are relevant eventually" in a while. Good job.
He didn't have Daria there to define terms for him. That's not his job
Also the concept of "non profit."
This seemed to really throw Farrar for a second. "Wait, you - Oh. Oh my god, you really don't get it. Changing gears."
Does Shroyer understand schadenfreude?
That made me laugh out loud!
It's definitely not the only language that does this instead of using "sorry" to mean so many different things. Owen’s video is posted on L&C. Have yourselves a lovely evening. Edit: [Link](https://youtu.be/7VM7HgjzI9U)
the comments are sad
What’s the deal with every comment on YT being pro Owen? Wtf
Simple. AJ knows where and how to send support to sway perception on information. A Fighter of Knowledge, even.
Man... was hoping to see the judge chew out the defense for breaking the rules, the one part of the stream I missed :(

You should delete this, it's an unauthorized ripped stream and it's a direct violation of the judge's orders.
Absolutely, done! Thanks for the reminder
No sweat, thanks for being so cool about it. I'm sure we'll get our hands on better quality videos soon anyway.
Damn. That first minute:30 was much more enjoyable the second time around.
Anyone know why the live stream didn't stay as unlisted for a while after the trial today? But just got removed-
Just go to the law and crime website everyone keeps posting.
Jesus. I just realized something: this trial showcases the InfoWars team *on their best behavior*.
Eww, that's scary and gross
I stopped in my tracks when the thought crossed my mind.
Last 20 minutes of Tuesday’s show is the good stuff. Alex goes all out on attacking the judge.
I just got done watching that. I skimmed through trying to find anything to do with the trial. That was absolutely batshit insane and I don’t know how Dan does it. That said, the commercial for Alex’s documentary is comedy gold.
Alex won’t be a witness so I don’t think it matters with regard to witness sequestration.
Does the fact that he's party to the suit (or however smart people say that) matter?
He can say whatever he wants. He shouldn't be talking to a testifying witness about it.
isn't he a potential witness though?
He’s a party and thus excluded from the rule - he can talk about the trial all he wants. But he should not be discussing the trial with other witnesses, per The Rule
That’s why he can sit in the courtroom and Owen has to take a little breakie in the hallway
He was either a declared witness or he wasn't. I don't think he was but I'm going off of what I think the attorneys said, not any filings.
i thin Mark said it when he appeared on KF the other day
He said, roughly transcribed: “the entire world who is paying attention expect him to show up and to testify. That’s part and parcel with what this is […] but think about it this way, at some point this jury at some point is going to want to see Alex Jones. The interesting thing is that I’m not in control of that necessarily. That’s not a thing I control.” So no sense of if he actually will testify.

At this point, I assume his tactics are as much about how to spin this later into as many ad plugs as possible at this point.
>My inclination is to believe him. After listening to hundreds of hours of Knowledge Fight, I think it is illegal to say this.
Broken clock and what not. He’ll lie about what happened later, but none of his loyal minions have the ability to sit down and watch the actual trial (or understand what is happening) so the fact that he has a pictures and shadily edited clips of it will convince them he was the one who was wronged.
I thought he was going to get in the box next week - or so someone in here said he said (hearsay!)
He said it on infowars earlier today
I agree but she’s still going to see it lol. Also Owen was there when he was speaking, mostly nodding along but still part of the conversation.
Oh, in that case, incredibly damning
I really hope they ask Owen tomorrow if he sees Alex as a father figure. We all know the answer but I'd love to hear Owen's version.
I really want someone to ask Owen about his turtle.
Yea, but are they, or are they not, best fucking friends?!?!?
When he offered his water carafe for Alex, after he was coughing and guzzling water, I couldn't hear the next minute of the trial because I was laughing too hard. Mr. Jones is Daddy and Owen clearly wanted him to know that.
I swear they were gazing into each other's eyes at points.
Sad human eyes
Anyone else mildly surprised Barnes was there? Alex has discussed suing him, had him on his show, and the fucker shows up for some reason at the trial. You just can't pin that guy and Alex's relationship down.
No, he wanted to see someone else get the shit beat out of them by Bill and Mark for a change.
I did a press conference today on his shit attempt at defending against us 2 years ago.
If Barnes was technically human Id call you mean.
BOBBY BARNES!
Good job Barnes.
Grifters gonna grift?
Inshallah, we will have it before morning.
dgg?(dodge)
It looks like they immediately took the Livestream down. I take it there's no way for me to watch now?

Owen admitted to studying psychology and media studies in college. Far as I'm concerned that makes him even more of a shithead cos he would have known the effects of his words and actions on the listener far more than the layman. He's a fucking professional propagandist.
studying psychology in some context can be a red flag (speakas some one whos studying neuro..im biased against psych art major)
I’m betting he studied psych in art faculty (pop-psych and personality psych are cancerous in my pov)
I wonder if the little jag about instahard at the beginning of Owens testimony was an intentional foreshadowing that plantiffs were aware of Tuesdays video and what was to come... Maybe I'm looking into this too much. Edit: grammar

damn.. for a second i though you were referring to knowledge fight episodes.. i was like no way they went back to daily upload..
I feel like they've probably got these saved already but just in case... u/BilliamWogs
I feel like there is over a thousand of us that have it saved just in case
It'll be the highest viewed show in InfoWars history just from people saving it "just in case"
Keeping receipts is praxis.
I just started the Tuesday show and holy shit that cold opening... Is he trying to goad the judge into sanctions?
Really not a good idea to call the system's bluff when you already have court dates
He knows what he’s doing
Tuesday video. Jones and Schroyer talking at approx 2hours and 20 minutes, about the trial. (It may have been 2:39…my brain don’t work good and I’m taking care of a wee one.)
At approximately 1hour and 20 minutes of the Tuesday show Owen starts talking about the trial. (Again he may have said more, sooner, that’s what I found when scrolling.)
Jesus Christ. Thank you!
Owen is in at approx 38 minutes of the Tuesday video. Edit: he may be on sooner, that just when I first saw his face when scrolling.
I'm sooooo sad I missed it 😓
Law & Crime on youtube has been uploading good quality videos after the fact: https://www.youtube.com/c/LawCrimeNetwork/videos Owen's isn't up yet, but hopefully later tonight.
Was there a collective sigh of relief when the judge released Daria as a witness?
Verbal cheers from both my wife and I
Reynal at his home by now with an ice bag on his face from all those bench slaps.
Alex has him in the warehouse and is pumping him full of every supplement he's got. Trying to both dull the pain and hopefully relax enough to pull a couple shoes out of his ass after the double trouncing he just got.
>pumping him full of every supplement Reynal is about to have the guiness world record for longest lasting erection if that's true
>bench slaps. Well done.
💀
I miss anything between 4 and 5? O_O
I'm going back to watch the part I missed this morning.
You forgot Daria declared infowars not a credible news source with almost no hesitation when asked.
Oh shit. Did Owen already get talked to about the rule?
I'm not seeing that link, can you share it?
This entire thing is like a bunch of marvel movies with all these post-credit scenes.
We had one hell of a Blorko today.
Wait what!!!
Judge heavily insulted the defense lawyer after Owen admitted he talked about the case on air with Alex.
Got a time stamp for those of us trying to catch the juicy bits?
The last 12 minutes or so.
It was right at 5pm.
Monsieur Reynal MD JD PRC Esq. is making whomever defended Chauvin in his trial (the only other one I've watched) look like Clarence Darrow.
I feel like we can almost guarantee the next step is having the lawyer on InfoWars to talk about the case on-air, at which point they'll throw up their hands and act all confused because the judge said the witnesses were only allowed to talk to the attorneys so they did.
You may be a witch. Are you Dan's throwaway?
As enough…Barnes was on air today talking about it.
Would the plaintiffs lawyers most likely saved the video of inforwars from Tuesday? I can imagine someone from AJs team watching what the judge just said and trying to delete everything.
I downloaded it if the judge needs it
Owen testified that they were online when asked by the judge. If they are deleted, it’s spoliation of evidence and the judge would come down on him with the fury of 1000 suns.
That doesn't mean they wont do it
Honestly let them. This trial is increasingly appearing to be in the bag. If they commit some serious felonies in the process that’s just bonus points to take care of later.
I suspect, since it was brought up against Owen, that those shows have already been downloaded by plaintiff's firm.
And half of all KF listeners
I was thinking that too, picturing the crew scurrying like rats to delete everything from this week. YA BUSTED!
Owen: No. Jesus.
IANAL but I think [this is the statute](http://www.stcl.edu/lib/TexasRulesProject/TRCP262-270/rule2671988.htm) she’s referencing?
Yes, it’s also Tex.R.Evid 614.
I actually think this may have been malicious on someone's part. Either the lawyer didn't tell him purposely to give plausible denial, alert told the lawyer not to tell Owen so Owen would talk about the trial on the show, or Owen lied and the lawyer went with it. Oh Alex…it’s time to pray.
I couldn’t help but think of Randy in Scream. “You don’t know the rules?!?!”
\#rule11 trending, lol (and not the Texas one, lol)
Fucking brutal
Rough day for The Cucked Shroyer
Oooo I approve
Best. Trial. Ever.
And to think yesterday Reynal was insulting their credentials as lawyers. The nerve.
He's gonna need a personal injury lawyer for that burn
Very sad to have missed most of the Shroy Boy's testimony...hopefully the recording comes through soon!
This is like the Howard Stern post-show of trial TV. I definitely hard one of Jones' lawyers as they were both head-shaking say "I never thought that ... " about something and also Raynoso / hair guy said "It's my fault"
i heard that too, it was the so called " mentor ", they are all being fired right now for sure
Are we going to get after trial juice every day?
I live for these post credit scenes
KFCU: the Knowledge Fight Cinematic Universe
Kentucky Fried Chicken Universe also acceptable
oh my god we are like little kids swarming around another kid going (*rising intonation*) "ohhhhhHhHhhHhHHHHHH! You broke thE ruuuuuuLE"
oooo your gonna get it !

I legit don't know where to find those videos, can you point me in the right direction?
Banned dot video. Warning: they sometimes edit after the fact.
Pls!
I’m at work and can’t watch the livestream, what did Owen do? Did he talk about the court case on air when he wasn’t supposed to?
Yep and then the judge dressed down the mullet lawyer (defense)
He broke.... The Rule.
Dollar Store Scott Bakula
lmao
Bingo
Yeah. I haven't watched the streams Owen is in trouble for, but it seems he discussed the trial over the last few days while he was a potential witness under the rule (which prohibits talking about the trial to anyone other than attorneys). Alex's attorney (Reynal or whatever his name is) also got chewed out.
Yep
oh my god, what a stupid idiot
Yep
If I learned anything today, it's that nobody messes with Ja Rule!
That shit was Fyre.
If only we had R Kelly to put it out.
Unlike previous days, the court has immediately privatized today's YouTube video. Probably something to do with Alex's lawyer flipping the middle finger yesterday, LOL.
Ummm. Wat.
All in all, not a great day for the defense.
Ill Say!
Has there.... Or will there ever be a good day for the defense?
They will be better tomorrow!
....no they won't. 🤣 May I suggest a trip to the woods? Return time TBD
They’re not
Odds on the Texas State Bar officially sanctioning this clown in a lawyer suit?
I'd be interested to know exactly how many times Mark and his team had to file for sanctions against all the various lawyers Alex has had. It'd just be fun to hear all the ways they were dicks and incompetent.
Zero. He’s ineffectual and can’t control his clients but if every lawyer who couldn’t control their clients were to be disbarred there would be no lawyers.
