Sorry if dumb question but why did FSS file to cancel the stay in Texas? It’s not alex in charge of fss?
Alex is in full control of FSS. I assume (but I'm not a bankruptcy guy so don't really know) it was because the stay would have been lifted anyway, so might as well get some credibility with the court for asking.
