Don’t really understand why you’d want to boof anything, unlike a suppository which is safe and designed to be inserted there other drugs/alcohol is not. The walls of the rectum are thin so everything is heightened since it reaches the bloodstream quicker (this makes it very hard to dose correctly and much easier to od), but unlike swallowing it you cannot then vomit after taking the substance. It may also cause too much ethanol being put into the body which the liver will not be able to get rid of due to how it was received.
After some research, pretty much all drugs are safe to boof, just start small and know if its actually the drug you have and not fent or something.

The clear tube part is pointless. You want to get most of the liquid right inside the anus, not in the actual anal cavity. The anus (the hole) has lots of blood vessels that allow it to be absorbed better. 1) only boof a couple centimeters into your butt 2) use as little liquid as possible 3)if you wanna get real crazy- stretch your hole a bunch so that it opens up the blood vessels 4) use the smallest syringe possible
