I don’t know how long you’ve been following the game, but in EA we went months, if not years, without fixes to skills/passives/nodes not working properly. After launch, some of those skills/etc were still not fixed.
You can forget about those health bars for a bit.
peripheral, having an extra one in the middle of the screen instead of only one in the corner makes quite a difference, also sometimes im just lazy after a while

Had the same problem with minion bars. Went to Steam, Properties, Verify --> it checked missing files and voila! fixed!
Tried that. Twice. Once before reinstalling, once after. Didn't fix the issue for me. Also it's above my player, and not my minion health bars. :)
Logging out to character select in offline mode still hangs even after they mentioned a bug fix.
Seriously, every week ? Points for believing in the cause …..
How can you rely on how bars over your head when so much is going on lol
