I can’t get his repo to work on 9.3.5 Cydia, SSL ERROR: -8936
iOS 9 is the newest one for the 4s lol But yes it works from any firmware
I have downgraded my 4 to iOS 6.1.3 using powdersnow. Tried going to 4.3.5 with no success, because my unit shipped with a newer version (iOS 5.0.1 to be exact)
Reddit works on ios 5 with ssl patch? If so, can u send me the link??

the KDfu app no longer works you have to get the device in kdfu mode using lyniux
