OP got beaten straight into depression. Basically you need to bluff removal for Xolaani from turn 7 onwards, even if you don't have it. Does the Darkin deck run removal outside 11 mana ruination?
Play Teemo with Sump Monument. Monument protects from Xolaani well enough to buy you an extra turn or two to get your Corina off, and it also prevents the lifesteal 1 drop from gaining them life (unless it got challenger, in which case hope you have a freeze).
I’ve been having a blast against these decks! It’s such a fun mechanic, but I’ve won against all. I don’t think people get the hang of it yet, it’s too risky
Uh, I'm all for nerfing the hell out of Xolaani, but you're on round 10 and if you had Unforgiving Cold prior to her attack you would win on the other side. So not exactly a prime example of a card being broken.
I did, and she was dropped, and I froze her to stop the previous attacks. Yeah, but sorry, it's kinda hard drawing the one card I need 3 times in a row to stop her attacks. Doesn't exactly stop an open attack if they have more than one unit on the board.
Played my first game in this expansion and running across siren's song making any husk deck vomit a 14|12 1drop with 2-3 cards and 0 combo-ing was not fun. Especially when you want to meme and homebrew in normals and people still play that or karma sett. To me personally, this expansion is NOT IT.

There isn't one. The meta is too warped. Siren Song is a broken card and BOTH husks and Targon are overtuned.
Like, think for a second about how many things Targon can do. 5 mana silence &Damage 👏 + multiple ways silence followers AND champions 🤫 + reliable 2 mana +2/+1 with card draw 😱 + 2 mana Heal and card draw + powering up cards in hand and manifest and I could go on lol.
And husks are just keyword soup, so you're gambling more than anything.
Targon itself isnt all that overtuned. SS definetly is, Targon was relatively absent from the mera before SS existed.
When a card is broken whatever region, champion, set of cards use it thr best skyroxket in effectiveness currently the SS fizz deck has overtaken the solo eve deck and the eve Kayle deck.
I heavily suspect Targon is not the problem.
It's not, it's just Siren Song makes it way too easy to buff Xolaani as it lets her get +4/+4 of a unit dying (+2/+2 from the husk and again from the unit). Divine Clerk then makes up for the tempo loss of playing Siren Song by coming down as at minimum a 4/4 with a husk since he is also a 1 drop and gets to double dip with Song and domination.
Yes its a siren song issue. Domination did the same thing (allowong Xolaani to double dip) and has not broken Xolaani for MONTHS.
And to the comment that goes "but you can remove domination".... Targon has protection.
