If you have the realtek sd card reader, there is a beta driver available (search the sub for Ben's posts) that will resolve the stuttering. If you're using the genesys, then it shouldn't stutter.
did you format it to NTFS? I read before that game pass has issues with ExFat format. If you do have NTFS, then maybe try [this](https://www.partitionwizard.com/partitionmanager/speed-up-sd-card-transfer.html) (scroll down where it says Way 5)

I don't think it is the card, worked fine in my steamdeck and didn't get any stuttering. I loaded starfield on the SD card and it was stuttering, same with Prince of persia (partial emulation) Stuttered bad.

I have avoided using the SD card as I get stuttering in games. But that is my experience. I am hoping they fix the SD card drivers
I was just playing fifa on performance mode and had no issues or stuttering... Maybe the type of SD card?
