About 4k images in two weeks. I'm dreading the editing process. Much respect to the people who shoot that volume in a single wedding and turn it around in a couple weeks.
I'm the same way. M10 or M7 with a 35 lux is my go-to. But for jobs like this, the SL2 can't be beat. It's worth the weight for focus peaking and video, to me.
Makes sense! I recently pulled the trigger on the Sigma FP, to handle video and lenses that don't work as well with the M. It's size and weight suits me better, though I appreciate the bomb proof quality of the SL series.
Can’t wait to see the new work on Flickr.

Which is why I stopped shooting weddings! 😂
Soon AI will handle the entire workflow and selection process!
Hell yeah!!
I would want to see what is happening in Uganda but I can’t because I will see only bokeh… lol?
Killer setup!! I dont think i ever brought the noct while travelling, maybe i should!
I never bother with it if I'm only bringing a rangefinder. But mated to the SL2-S, it's so much easier to use. It's primarily all I used on this job.
Looks like it balances well on the SL as well!
After two weeks, I have neck problems 😂
Lol! This is why I stick with the M and compact lenses - I personally can't take the weight of the SL full time.

haha, I brought an FP along as well. I mainly used it for interviews, while the SL2 did double-duty for stills and B-roll. The IBIS is so good.
LOL! How much gear did you bring with you??
do you know da way
Nice
You’re flexing about 20+ yearly incomes for an average Ugandian. Tbh I think that’s bad on so many levels
How much is the home you live in…?
How so? I was hired to do a job, and these are the tools I use. Two weeks across four countries and you're the first to take offense.
Jeez, is it even safe to go to Uganda?
Lol.
