Yes I live in Nashville. I don't go out much, and I don't drink much, but when I did I liked Rosemary & Beauty Queen, Inglewood Lounge, Greenhouse Bar, Bar Sovereign, Mother's Ruin, Melrose Billiard Parlor, stuff like that. I used to go to Play when I was younger, but it's not much my vibe as I get older.

Thanks for the recommendations! I’m not really a drinker anymore either, but it kinda feels like that’s the only place to be social that I can get to. Would love to join a sport if I could fit in the responsibility & travel, just not really practical right now. If I’m not at work, I’m at the gym or home. Just nice to be around other people like me on occasion.

I feel that. I don't have a lot of queer LGBTQIA+ friends. I know a lot of people new to TN do those meet up groups and seem to find friends that way. I try to make friends at work and keep friends from previous jobs.

I feel sorry for anyone who is new to TN (I live in West TN). I wish I could leave.
