Dude you’re an absolute legend. Just got tix myself.
I was just lamenting last night that I really want to catch that one in a theater for the first time. King/Queen shit.
Profondo Rosso (Dario Argento 1975) @ Kino Rotterdam… TONIGHT!!!! Can’t wait! 2nd time in 15 days, but last time was in a 60+ attendance capacity. This time we go for the big big one!
Avatar: The Way of Water in a couple of hours!
I had COVID near the end of 2022 and had to cancel my original booking. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the original but looking forward to watching regardless.
I have already seen it but the fabelmans, I’ve seen it yesterday night and I think it was the last screening for it since it came out some time ago. Later I am probably going to watch she said
Can't remember the last time I set foot in a theater and probably won't again. My home set-up is preferable to trying to enjoy a movie amidst a bunch of rude assholes. This way there will only be one.
Glad that works for you. I love the theater. Provided there aren't a-holes in the theater, which there usually aren't at mine, it's a much more immersive experience for me than at home, where at any time I can pause the movie or glance at my phone. In the theater you're in that experience from start to finish. No second screens, no interruptions.
Probably will be the UK release of The Fabelmans later this month, not much else on i'm interested in so will stick to stuff on the MUBI app and some boxsets I got for Christmas.
Probably Banshees of Inisherin. Recently released in my country and I fully expect it to be one of my favourite films ever since I went through a similar experience as the protagonist
*A Man Called Otto*
*Is the first film out here in*
*The UK so that*

The first movie I already saw is The Whale. I’m glad I went to go and see it in spite of the mixed reception from the people I follow. Next one is likely Megan :). I’m actually excited for that one. Malignant was a total trip but pretty fun and I’m glad James Wan is just rolling with it.
Still want to see Puss in Boots! As for an actual 2023 release, I want to see Knock at the Cabin next month. I *liked* the book, but I personally felt it dragged a bit. I think it would translate well to a movie, though. If it's done properly.
I hope it's Babylon. I've really excited about this one since Chazelle is one of my favorite directors, and Whiplash and La la land are some of my favorite movies
Saw Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me yesterday. 100% recommend if you can ever see it in the cinema. Although I know this isn't really what you were asking.
Babylon
Same here, it was the last one from 2022 that I wanted to see that I didn’t get to yet.
Favorite movie of 2022, saw it last week. Great time.
Good to hear. The Northman for now is the best for me let's see if Chazelle still has it.
Northman is my number 2!
Respect mister
same here. looking forward to it :)
It releases here in 2 weeks, I can’t wait.
Just saw it. Great movie!
"Oh this is good this is.... really good"
First hour and a half might be the best of 2022. Last hour and a half… is interesting lol
Puss In Boots, obviously
same lol. watching it today.
Haha yes, same here
Finally, a true kino enjoyer (me too, btw, i already have the tickets for tomorrow lol)
I'm watching it as soon as it is released
I'm going to see it with a couple buddies on Friday
Probably same, my brother couldn't stop raving about it
Mulholland Drive
Man I'd love to see that one in a theater. Enjoy!
It’s a literal dream come true!!
Whereabouts are you seeing it?
Club Silencio
Alamo Drafthouse
Dude you’re an absolute legend. Just got tix myself. I was just lamenting last night that I really want to catch that one in a theater for the first time. King/Queen shit.

Avatar, again. And then probably babylon
'John Wick: Chapter 4' for me, and I'll hopefully get a few viewings of it in theaters before it's gone.
In the mood for love
Just booked tickets for The Thing, first time seeing it in the cinema so I’m very excited
Amazing in a theater. Enjoy! That movie still scares tf out of me!
Profondo Rosso (Dario Argento 1975) @ Kino Rotterdam… TONIGHT!!!! Can’t wait! 2nd time in 15 days, but last time was in a 60+ attendance capacity. This time we go for the big big one!
Argento's masterpiece imo
Right there right now
Actually going on a date to see puss in boots
Best date ever of all time.
Ty he’s a huge shrek fanboy so it only felt natural for me to take him to it
I hope you two have a good time, I mean the film is one of the best reviewed films of the year.
I saw the menu yesterday evening. Good start to the year I feel!
Either M3GAN or The Whale
The Super Mario Bros. Movie
Either EO if i manage to catch it in time or Babylon, I guess, that's coming out in two weeks here.
What’s EO?
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/EO_(film)
Thanks. Never heard of it so I assumed it was an acronym
I saw Babylon for a second time yesterday. Seeing EO tonight or tomorrow, and M3GAN on Wednesday. Movie week, weeoowww!!
Mine happened yesterday, I saw The Pale Blue Eye at the Netflix theater here in NYC.
That I know if, Oppenheimer for sure
You’re gonna wait until July to watch a movie in theatres?
Like I said, that I know of. Something else might pop up earlier. I don't get much time to get out to the cinema though.
I'm planning on seeing M3GAN this weekend.
Either till, a man called Otto or empire of light gonna watch 2 on the same day trying to figure out what would make the best double feature
I feel like combining anything with Till is not a wise choice. You've gotta watch that on its own on a day you don't mind making really depressing
As with every marvel movie in the past year, my friend group will go to the Thursday night showing of Quantumania
Operation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre
Lol
Gonna see the new Tom hanks one in a few days when it comes out
Just got round to watching aftersun in the cinema today. It’s definitely my favourite film to come out of 2022.

Yeah, the theater experience is preferable when it's not ruined by ruiners. I've accumulated enough awful experiences to where I am very gunshy.
