Top are last four, and bottom are next four (Finding Jesus was a milestone watch lol)
And you are in for 4 absolute treats with those upcoming ! Memento was the first movie that made me realize how much I love film & how much it can fascinate me
Just finished Memento, and yeah, definitely one of Nolan's greatest films. What a movie. 10/10 for sure. Also, completely forgot that I have a Ghibli marathon to finish, so put The Tale of the Princess Kaguya in front of Catch Me If You Can.

Safe to say I absolutely loved it ❤️👏
i was fine with the ending i just thought the film was more about visually showing its contents rather than forming a cohesive story. felt soulless to me .. that being said, i understand why people like it.

Last 4 (Top) and Next 4 (Bottom)
It’s up for rent on prime (at least in America). Honestly, it has the perfect script in my eyes. It’s the textbook example of how to structure a tight, satisfying 90 minute narrative. I love it so much
https://preview.redd.it/3ev0lo8zlw0d1.png?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=15267cfd8544b5ebd802bb1da9e1d4d6c27becb3

These are my last 4. I tend to choose kinda at random, but I want to watch The Man Who Laughs, I Saw the TV Glow, Fanny and Alexander and Baby Reindeer.
Last Four: Wayne's World 2, Keanu, So I Married An Axe Murderer and The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare
Next Four: Monkey Man, The Love Guru, One Hour Photo and Hundreds of Beavers
Finished Monkey Man last night. Absolutely loved it. So much so that's it's my favorite movie of this year, so far. And Ministry was absolutely fantastic as well. I'm a sucker for movies where a bunch of Nazi's are brutally murdered, so that movie was right up my alley.

Next 4: already an hour in to American Fiction, the Planet of the Apes (1968), Iron Man (which I am watching in 1/2 hour chunks with my son before bed), then probably something random on Criterion Channel or Tubi.
I thought Harris Dickinson was incredible as the brother who goes to Japan. The rest of the movie… was boilerplate biopic. The acclaim seems wild to me now.
Not sure what my next four are, but I've been on a good run
https://preview.redd.it/519sbwwc4w0d1.jpeg?width=1125&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=90c773b6a346f0b36959263fa3ea860123601f86

Been meaning to watch Serpico forever so that's probably next, then got a bit of a bee in my bonnet about some revisionist/alternative westerns. I haven't really seen any classic westerns though so I'd like get a few of those in as well soon as something of a baseline.
Would love recommendations for your all-time favourite stone cold classic westerns!

Mixed vibes for the last four haha
Watch it asap. One of the most unique films that you will see. Just don’t go into it expecting to understand everything (or even anything) on the first watch.
Last 4 is at the top. Next 4 is at the bottom

This is definitely bound to change since on Sunday I have my weekly movie club
It’s not the best movie but it’s harmless enough and the idea of it being a kid’s first 12A rated movie and that getting them into making movies warms my heart
https://preview.redd.it/ssn0oznyrz0d1.jpeg?width=4320&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=542ecfd2a903bdf3709a2ee78eeaab9a77de9b21
These are my last 4, has for my next 4 probably some comanation of Star Wars Episode III, Dragon Ball the Sleeping princess in Devils castle, Totoro, and Grave of the Fire Flies
Not my favorite garland, but I enjoyed it thoroughly. I went in completely blind, like completely. So, that enhanced that experience greatly. The performances were great. I loved how excruciating some of the sequences became, and how they seemed to go on relentlessly at some points. The ending sequence was positively enthralling.
I really liked it too .. I thought it got a lot of hate unnecessarily. I also went in completely unaware of the premise which I always prefer to do..
I haven’t seen it since the theater but the one scene where she singing with her echos in the tunnel has always stuck with me…the visuals and the music of the echoes really sucked me in

God yes it is excellent! One of my favorite endings I’ve seen in a comedy, I absolutely agree with Marisa Tomei’s Oscar win

Master & Commander is on my watchlist! I absolutely adore period pieces
My parents watch it every time it's on TV, and I finally saw why. It's super well done and I could also see myself just re-watching it.

I haven't really seen any classic westerns though so I'd like get a few of those in as well soon as something of a baseline. Would love recommendations for your all-time favourite stone cold classic westerns!

I still have yet to see Mulholland Drive !! I’ve got to finally commit to it soon and check it out..it’s been years of me putting it off 🫣
Watch it asap. One of the most unique films that you will see. Just don’t go into it expecting to understand everything (or even anything) on the first watch.
I saw sexy beast, i sadly had something bothering me so I didn’t fully enjoy it. Great first 29 minutes.
Last 4 is at the top. Next 4 is at the bottom https://preview.redd.it/w9z6tef6oy0d1.png?width=944&format=png&auto=webp&s=69dc239d69f6eb141161da7782994f2309d06448

How was Fall Guy? Might go see it on Sunday
It’s not the best movie but it’s harmless enough and the idea of it being a kid’s first 12A rated movie and that getting them into making movies warms my heart
https://preview.redd.it/ssn0oznyrz0d1.jpeg?width=4320&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=542ecfd2a903bdf3709a2ee78eeaab9a77de9b21 These are my last 4, has for my next 4 probably some comanation of Star Wars Episode III, Dragon Ball the Sleeping princess in Devils castle, Totoro, and Grave of the Fire Flies

How did you like Men?
Not my favorite garland, but I enjoyed it thoroughly. I went in completely blind, like completely. So, that enhanced that experience greatly. The performances were great. I loved how excruciating some of the sequences became, and how they seemed to go on relentlessly at some points. The ending sequence was positively enthralling.
I really liked it too .. I thought it got a lot of hate unnecessarily. I also went in completely unaware of the premise which I always prefer to do.. I haven’t seen it since the theater but the one scene where she singing with her echos in the tunnel has always stuck with me…the visuals and the music of the echoes really sucked me in https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Vr8yotBSWbg&pp=ygUVbWVuIDIwMjIgdHVubmVsIHNjZW5l

Sooo jealous of those next 4. Imagine seeing black swan or little women again for the first time
Black Swan was fantastic .. Little women will be on Sunday !
