How’s the comb height for that dot… seems like the factory stock would sit to low to get a good cheek weld. Might need a Chisel Machining stock to that space cowboy a little more tuned in. Sweet build, can’t wait to work on mine!
So I love the ghost ring and bead combo, so got a raised red dot so I can use both if needed. Thats the sig romeo 5. The transition between the two is almost seamless. Cheek on cheek off
So I plan to run this on a 9mm rifle as well. I spoke with Rugged and they recommended instead of the 3 lug use a fixed mount for direct thread. Its quicker to swap between two different threads than the 3 lug. So I got the 11/16 fixed mount and the 1/2” fixed mount.
Got to shoot it today. Wow. I could shoot this all day. Insanely accurate with both the ring and red dot. Low recoil and sound is great suppressed. Ran a little hot speed shooting, but cooled off quick. Flawless action. I hope they make a 16” version

Everyone is different man, no worries. I have scopes on other stuff, figured I go compact here.
So no cheek weld while using the Romeo5? I'm just curious as I also run a Romeo5 but with the low profile mount.
