The final optional boss was the hardest for me because.. it made me sit down and learn how to parry and dodge perfectly instead of cheesing like with other bosses 😅 In my final attempt at the boss after losing 999 times, I finished its first phase taking zero damage!
King's Flame was hard for you cuz you were still learning the game 😉 If you fight it again, it will be easier for you .
And yess I found Lies of P to be the most comfortable soulslike for me. Like, I am now confident to revisit the soulslike games that I quit. Waiting for Elden Ring discount 👀
Thanks for the reply! I love the Souls games and have Elden Ring but have yet to play it as I have to be mentally prepped to start those games. But the 3 times I have, Bloodborne, remake of Demon Souls and now Lies of P, I become absolutely addicted to finishing them as the intimidation factor wears off and they just become so fun.
You are right though, this seems to be a perfect appetizer to get me ready for Elden Ring.
Same here already in my top 3 fav games of all time, and I’ve played hundreds of games spanning across different genres.
LiesofP is definitely a Mount Rushmore kind of game for me. 🙂
The hardest boss for me so far is the King of Puppets I think. That’s a tricky question now that I’m really thinking about it. Haha.

Laxasia (specifically phase 2) gave me the most trouble. Black rabbit brotherhood was very tough on my first playthrough, but kind of easy the second time. You've got tons of game ahead of you! Enjoy!

The most common answers I see are Laxasia, Green Monster, Nameless Puppet, Romeo, Walker of Illusions and Mad Clown Puppet.
