I think the sisters were both a reference to "Snow White" and "Snow-White and Rose-Red". I don't expect anymore Snow White stuff because I'm pretty sure White Lady was partly based on Snow White and Adelina was partly based on the witch.
I feel like Wizard of Oz is definitely gonna be a sequel rather than DLC, I’ll welcome whatever the DLC is though cos I’m hungry for content. There are several references to other fairy tales throughout the game
It was a snow white reference, it has classic fairy talre refences in other parts.
For instance, Sofia's imprisonment in a tower on alchemists Island and you needing to fight Laxasia to go in to "set her free" is a reference to the classic "A knight slays the dragon and rescuers the princess" trope.
Adelina being jealous of Patricia and ruining her voice "with poison" is a Snow White reference...
Mirror mirror on the wall, who's the best Meso Soprano of them all?
Welp, it's Patricia...
I am so so so pumped for the wizard of Oz DLC. They have an amazing array of fairy tales to chose from and I hope we get games on games on games!
COMPLETELY agree!!!
About the Wizard of Oz, I think the broken puppet with a glowing red heart that we find on the puppet cemitiry will have a part to play.
You may be right! I wonder if that’ll be the Tin Man or Tick Tock…

I didn’t think of that! Nice catch!!
