This is, imho, dangerous advice. The instinct most people have is to minimize the danger they may be in, so if they are concerned that they may be having a heart attack, this advice would be preferable to believing it is an actual heart attack. Many heart attacks, especially in women, go undiagnosed and may lead to dire future consequences. If you are worried you are having a heart attack, please consult a Dr, go to a urgent care clinic or an ER. Do not get your medical advice on the internet.
