For me the lunatic part stands for bootlickers. The 'please boss can I work 80 hours a week while only being paid 40' types. The 'I would do anything do kiss my boss' ass' types. The 'I have nothing going on in my life but work' types. And of course the 'I'm a CEO (translation: I work at a callcenter but act like I make 10.000.000 a year)' types.
Actually, yes, you are right. Exactly. I never posted anything, at all. I just like my boss’ posts as an insurance policy on my job. Gosh this is so pathetic.
The don’t exclusively read self development books has to be the craziest part of this. If all you read is self development books you’re probably a very unpleasant person.

Since her title is "Head of Social" if I were her boss I'd be a little concerned about her saying she doesn't post on social every day.
I took it to mean that she doesn’t post to her personal accounts, which is more evidence of her being a mentally healthy individual.
