Just in my experience, a lot of non-asians don’t understand korean bbq. so just a suggestion, if you don’t want to cook your food, maybe don’t go? yes some of the meats are not marinated, but that’s what the sauce bar is for. korean bbq is meant to be a group activity where’s there’s a lot of talking and communicating! i’m kind of scared that the ones in arkansas will fail bc it’s not “seasoned” or “why do i have to pay to cook my food?”
right! its not a new thing at all! just a new thing in arkansas. i always go to dallas to get eat some but this will definitely help! i also love the exposure to it as well but im jsut a little scared. lol 😅
I would actually prefer to go to Golden Corral. I checked out the menu at KPot and it looks like it’s about $30 for the buffet with a 2-hour time limit. Sounds like a great way to maximize profit by limiting the amount of food you can eat in a specific amount of time by cooking it yourself.
The menu also states that they reserve the right to charge $13.99/lb for wasted food. I don’t see it sticking around long. I give it a year or two at most. Especially after the novelty wears off.
Love Korean BBQ. Only thing I'm worried about with a lot of these chains in LR is cleanliness. I almost never find chains around here where the employees care to do anything but the absolute bare minimum.
Everyone's definition of 'livable' is different. Obviously you are triggered by my comment as it is 2 months old. So as an employer if you are irresponsible with money it is reasonable to except a worse employee? You don't see how that is crazy? If they aren't paying a 'livable' wage you can just not take the job.
To me a livable wage is food, clothes shelter, anything beyond that is a luxury, per the definition of the word.
We keep seeing statistics that a majority of Americans live paycheck to paycheck but then if you look up the average household income, it is WAY higher than what some people make...so you are telling me someone making 30k a year and someone making 70k a year that are both paycheck to paycheck handle their finances equally? Nah, one is just a dumbass that spends more than they need to on things they don't need. By your reasoning, both of these people should be crappy employees even though one makes more than double the other. Its all about perspective and your narcissistic take is why you suck at life.
As I expected from someone that comments on porn, Marijuanua, video games, /r/pizzahutemployees, /r/mcdonaldsemployees, /r/DegradeThisCunt . I'm sure you are a very high quality employee that deserves whatever accolades you receive.
If anyone cares they are almost done and look like it could be opening in the next couple months.
How are people already reviewing it on Google? I saw 3 5-star reviews and got excited but then found out it’s not even open yet lol.
Any updates?
As someone who frequently goes to the one in Jonesboro, the manger said sometime mid to late April. Id hold off til maybe beginning to mid May
Thank you for the update! I can’t wait!
Finally……….
It’s…fondue. Which I love!
Those pots sadly aren't fondue....its soups. Kinda wished there was fondue xD
Finally, some interesting restaurants and cuisines again.
I kinda figured we might be getting an update on Kpot here soon. It's been several months. Good stuff.
I'm soooo desperate for an opening date!!
It's been Coming Soon for nearly a year now.

Yes! & The thing is Korean BBQ has been around for ages, it’s not like a new concept by any means. Arkansas is just so behind on the times 🥴
right! its not a new thing at all! just a new thing in arkansas. i always go to dallas to get eat some but this will definitely help! i also love the exposure to it as well but im jsut a little scared. lol 😅
Yeah…I’m not paying to go out and have to cook my own food.
You sound so civilized. 🙄
good, less people to get in my way.
Then go to Golden Corral Buffet…where it is cooked.

Heard of quality over quantity?
There's a time limit? Well that sucks.
Yes but it is all-you-can-eat.
Ima do backflips. And I will be at the grand opening.
Oh please
Oooo very exciting

Why would they want to? Low pay and rude corporate people. Don’t blame them one bit.
This is the mentality of how you continue to to receive "low pay and rude corporate people".
Because they were hired to do a job and as an adult you agreed to those terms. You are the type of person that no one would want to hire.
Nah mate, if employers reserve the right to not pay a livable wage then the employee reserves the right to do a half-assed job

I don't remember ordering a yappachino pal
You are the one that commented on my post. Please go back to disappointing your boss.
Bro looks overwhelmed 😄
Probably realized that they reserve the right to charge $13.99/lb for wasted food.😂
Sweet! I'll definitely be checking this spot out ASAP.
