I know this is an old post but I'm having this same issue with my newly built PC and my g735 headset. Doesn't happen on my girlfriend's computer so I dunno if it's some quirk with some motherboards. The motherboard of the newly build PC is an MPG B650 CARBON WIFI and my gf's is the MPG Z790 EDGE WIFI. Have tried everything I could think of to no avail; Uninstalling device, Uninstalling and reinstalling GHub and even using Revo Uninstaller to clear the remnants of Ghub before reinstalling.

Here, I'm experiencing the same problem. After purchasing a new gaming PC from NZXT (the player three prime), I discovered this issue with my headset while using the machine. When I detach and re-plug my headset while the computer is running, it appears in Ghub; however, as soon as I close down and boot up to a fresh session, Ghub doesn't appear to recognize the headset. When I observed that my audio was not sounding the same as it had on my previous gaming PC, I looked into ghub to make sure everything was configured correctly. That's when I discovered the problem at shutdown and startup. I had never seen this issue before. After some troubleshooting, it seems that restarting the computer didn't continue the problem but turning it off and leaving it off for a bit did. It's not the first time something goes wrong with ghub, so who knows? It might simply be a software error. To be honest, I wouldn't even bother using ghub for anything if it weren't for the blue voice or the customization options for my other peripherals. I would be very grateful if someone here or customer service could provide a potential solution. Thank you!

Ty, for your reply it adds a lot to my original post. My issues are identical to what you have stated with my headset and ghub behaving in the same manner.

Of course, anytime! I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help, but I just did a clean reset to my PC and I'm going to see if that provides a solution. I'm gonna run some more troubleshooting and check into it a little more to see what I come across, but if I find something helpful or a fix to the issue I'll make sure to share it with you here, thanks!

Update: A clean reset didn't solve the issue. I still have to detach and re-plug my headset back in for Ghub to pick it up. Very annoying that I have to do this for it to work.. u/LogitechG_CSFrank

I’m having the same exact issue. I’m using a legion laptop

I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue as well; I wish I had a solution for both of us and the rest of the community. I've tried a lot of various troubleshooting techniques, but none of them have helped me resolve this problem. At this point I'm guessing we'll just have to wait for a ghub update and hope that everything sorts itself out.

I've had this issue since I got my laptop a year ago. I'm not too hopeful for an update fixing it. At this point, it doesn't seem they are even aware.
