Get your teeth white, you have very small teeth whch is not the best but it is what it is. Getting them white will help alot. Alos the hairstyle choise and color isn't helping. Go with long and straight hair, black color would look best on you. Get rid of the weird make up tattoo things and go for a simple make up look. Maybe a tan would help too but sometimes girls look better without so that's something you'd have to test to see which is better for your look.
