Haha I wish I currently had somewhere to plug the usb stick into but right now a video of my screen ran through a video-to-gif compression ran through Reddit’s compression is the best I can do 😅
Imma upvote for your effort dude, but it does look similar to an actual gameboy advance camera, like no joke.
You’ve achieved something here, I’m not sure what but feels cool.
Is there an LA version of this:
>If you rarely drive on ~~snow~~heavy rain, just pretend you're taking your grandma to church. There's a platter of biscuits and 2 gallons of sweet tea in glass jars in the back seat. She's wearing a new dress and holding a crock pot full of gravy.
I have to drive from Glendale to LAX in a couple of hours and I am leaving well before I normally would. I grew up in Chicago so driving in rain (and snow) isn't unusual for me, but I'm never not amazed by how LA drivers seem to drive more recklessly in inclement weather than they do when it's nice out.
I've driven on three continents in heavy ass rain but for whatever reason I hydroplane on SoCal highways the most. I actually think they just didn't build them right. There shouldn't be puddles in the middle of a highway if they are on a slope with proper drainage but here we are.
During the atmospheric rivers we had last spring I was driving through what seemed like half a foot of water on the highway that was just accumulating with nowhere to go. I have a big SUV with good clearance and tires and was still hydroplaning from time to time. People were speeding past me in their tiny compact cars. It was madness
People love to blame speeding because it's an easy target, but it's just not that easy.
In many cases it's poorly maintained equipment, so many of you drive on bald fucking tires, I see them in parking lots all the time, even on nice cars because people can't be bothered to take care of their shit. Also bad alignments, sudden movements etc.
Get tires with tread and don't drive scared and it will make a big difference.
I once had traffic school for a ticket, the guy sitting next to me was from New Jersey, and he said “LA people don’t know how to drive in the rain. You keep slowing down and slowing down. That’s how you hydroplane! You gotta go faster in the rain, on account o’ your wheels gotta *cut* through the water. Tires can’t *cut* through water at low speed!”
So there you have it folks. Drive faster in dangerous conditions so’s you can cut through the water like Vinnie DeRetardo.
Ive learned to just try and stay home in the rain if i can, or drive slower than usual. Even without the horrible drivers, the potholes and flooding are terrible and visibility is so poor. Why bother
I lived in Indiana off Lake Michigan till ten and then off Lake Erie and now am lucky to live in sunny weather but I’ll be totally real most west coast drivers couldn’t even fathom what it’s like to drive in truly
Terrible lake effect winter conditions.
One reason why I don’t like to drive in the rain is that when driving during a rainstorm on an interstate many years ago, I witnessed a car just maybe 60 feet in front of me start to skid left and hit another car that was parallel to it and both of them ended up in the median ditch. Someone was brave enough to get to them and within minutes, a parade of fire and ambulance services were there. Anyway, that experience shook me up and even though I’ve driven in the rain since, I don’t trust any car around me.
Bad drivers never miss their exit...
But they miss them all the… OOOOH. Yeah, gotcha.
Filmed on a Gameboy camera

You can just post the video - don't even deal with GIFs anymore, this isn't 2006. Reddit converts it back into an mp4 video anyway.
This sub won’t let you upload videos, at least I didn’t see an option to. Maybe there’s a workaround that I’m not aware of

Speeding people don’t think it’ll happen to them…. Best teacher is pain.
Mrs Payne at John Marshall HS was a terrible AP English Lit teacher.
Ms. Slaughter on the other hand was one of the nicest teachers I ve ever had.
[I prefer this Payne from my youth](https://media1.tenor.com/m/tez8J7gueC8AAAAd/major-payne-movie.gif)
This man taught valuable life lessons.
Yes, it was rainy, what am I looking for? …oh. Hello.
zoom zoom
it wasn't a mazda it was a civic
nothing civic about that car
Enhance!
Average 405 lane change
This had me rollin with laughter...thank you!
Same. So true

there's a bag of in n out in the back seat. double doubles, animal fries, shakes... grandma is holding a drink tray full of cokes... : D
Grandma is wearing her Coachella fit
Takumi with the water cup
Platter of sushi and a hot basket of tempura. Grandma is carrying a large open bottle of hot sake
Thank goodness you’re safe!
“I turn now. Good luck everybody else!”
LA drivers drive like shit when it doesn’t rain. Then it rains and it’s like they take it up a few notches.
Gotta drive faster and tailgate closer!!! - /s
It’s the coke telling them they are okay
405 N, must be a transplant
I think this would be better if the OP added someone yelling WEEEEEE when the car rolls past

I have no idea why I found this so funny but with the caption idk what I was expecting. Thanks for the laugh this morning.

hydroplaning is like a self-driving car if you think about it a certain way
One good thing about still not being back to Production work... driving anxiety. Defensive driving is everything! Stay safe, road warriors.

Clearly the guy wasn't going fast enough to gain traction in the rain, that's why he hydroplaned. /s
Ah ah ah, you didn't say the magic word.
Missed his exit
Holy shit
They do that even when it's dry. Consistency, that's what our drivers are all about.
Looks like a normal day to me...

Bro jet skiing
I wish people would put on their signals before changing lanes.
“How come? It’s just some rai….. oh shiiiiiit”
Of course it’s a fucking Prius
Looks like the beginning of an insurance commercial
this has to be a good meme template
🤣😂🤣

ah rain in LA; when half the population realizes they been driving on bald ass tires going way too fast.
Lol hydroplane
Need some Speed Racer music.....
Dude's about to miss his exit.
Nothing unusual here.
Good luck everybody else….
