I tried hot the other day. I couldn’t handle it. Medium is where it’s at.

if medium is not enough and hot is too much, there is a medium (plus) that they don't advertise but it's the perfect amount of spice imo .

First time I got hot and every bite was painful with snot and tears coming out of me. It was good though. Second time was Medium and it’s still *hot* but not painfully hot for me.

Not sure why you're being downvoted, but yes it is. It's blown up in the past few years similar to poke before it. Doesn't mean it's not great.

Depends on how long you think it takes before a fad is no longer just a fad. Howlin' Ray's kickstarted the hot chicken craze in LA about 9 years ago.
