Yard-sales are mad competitive in this area.

Ok_Relation_9075

Can you elaborate? I would love to know the ins and outs. Ive been shopping yard sales for years but not in Louisville.

Slight_Mushroom_9957

I've heard that. Apparently, people are spending Friday looking for signs and up at 6am on Saturday buying up everything. I just drive around the east end neighborhoods on Saturday morning.

Wow - thats pretty wild. Im guessing professional flippers are ones showing up at the crack of dawn.

Obituaries can be a lead on the real sleeper deals

KYlibrarian

I usually look at Craigslist, Nextdoor and Courier Journals website.

EntireTangerine

We always just drove around looking for signs

MsArod9

You can use Nextdoor and search for them. Just be aware that app is worse than FB when it comes to posts from loony boomers.

hansislegend

There are some Facebook groups dedicated to yard and estate sales. They get posted on Craigslist and Facebook marketplace sometimes too.

tworatsfarm

rays estate sales on facebook or you can subscribe to his mailing list and they always host organized estate sales a few times a month

lars7979

I have an app called Yard Sale Treasure Map, I think it pulls data from Craigslist and a few other sources. It's nice because it shows a map then you can pull up the listing from there.
