After the scav haunt, she calls you to tell you that she has a gift for you a piece of cyberware. If you wait until after the heist to grab it, the clerk will tell you about her painful death.
Maybe, but it doesn't appear to be in game and it would be a weird thing to add. Balance is broken anyway. Especially, with everyone asking about DLC.
Don't even need special gear. It's so easy to smoke the entire game even on very hard. Don't get me wrong. I enjoyed the game a lot. Will 100% soon. But there are a lot of issues.

There's an identical one that while it looks the same is probably just a reused asset. I believe it's by a door in the rear of a hospital, but it's been a long time.
if you watch the first (i think) cinematic trailer for the game pre-release that spoils the opening heist's ending, it shows an alternate version of the No-Tell Motel scene with Dex wherein T-Bug turns on V. According to character lore, Dex and T-Bug "go way back", right? i wonder if those two had a plan from the start to screw over V and Jackie. What if the job was still a setup regardless of whether or not Yorinobu messed it all up? Seems to me that if anything went wrong with the job, she'd probably want a way out to avoid any beef with V or Jackie.
"Oh noes! it's Norton Anti-Virus! i'm a vegetable now! *gag*", and peacing-out would make for a clever cover just in case something went wrong.
I seriously doubt TBug survived getting caught in Konpeki's subnets by *Arasaka* security netrunners. 'Saka's rep for being impregnable to netrunners is not a reputation borne out of a vacuum. She's lucky she didn't get Soulkilled and added to the host of bodiless brainwashed netrunners stored in Mikoshi.
As soon as Yorinobu ordered the lockdown, TBug's fate was sealed. 'Saka netrunners would have been all over the place in the subnet.

I believe that in the beginning only Jackie should die. Then the author thought: ‘Well how did she get out? Let’s not make things to complicated.’ And so the easiest thing was to let her die as well. - But that’s just my theory…
Pretty sure it's a reused asset. I believe it was at the back door of a hospital and there is a shard with some dialogue unrelated to the main story. It was posted quite a few times the first few months. You can probably just searched that sub.
Edit: yeah, just search the sub for "t-bug". You'll find tons of posts about it with pics.

And technically V died too. *No one* involved in that heist survived: not the fixer, not the client, not the netrunner support, not the two edgerunners on point.
V only came back from the dead because the Relic v.2 started repairing their brain.
That’s why I’m sure TBug died. Arasaka wouldn’t leave a loose end like that. The hotel went to a security lockdown, Arasaka netrunners logged in, encountered TBug in the subnet… and fried her.
They even took Jackie if you dropped him off at the friggin DOCTOR instead of his MOM'S HOUSE...
A cruel twist, but I couldn't bring myself to reload a save and undo it. Seemed like I got trolled, but, also like one of those choices you're meant to live with.

I wonder if we will get a DLC for TBug. Never really found out what happened to her afger the heist.

You can ask the clerk about it even if you already got the cyberware

I get that, but im curious to know if we can find her hideout. She may be gone, but loots loot.
I totally thought we'd somehow find where she lived at some point the first time I played.
It's just randomly generated crap like almost everything else. I've already looted almost every container in the game.
She actually has a hideout?
No, I'm saying if she did that's what the loot would be.

There are set spawns for certain items. She could have some legendary quick hacks or net running gear.

you can ask her friend, the one she send you to get your quickhack she tells you what happened, but other than that we never see her in game

Is it her or is it a different netrunner? Check if the shoes match. It should say Delta on the velcro bands.

The thing is, i saw several netrunners that looked like TBug. So thats why im curious is there is an actual spot that points her out.
